This is a very busy practice. They do have a wide selection of frames that were included in my insurance plan that was definitely a plus. I saw a Dr sweet he was very personable, professional, and thorough. The optician who worked with me to help me pick out a frame and take measurements for the bifocal glasses I was ordering was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The young woman who did the pretesting could probably use just a little bit more training, but she was nice enough. I have not picked up my glasses yet. They were only just ordered. I will let you know my opinion of the second half of this process when it happens. But overall so far so good I would recommend this office for the routine vision exam for sure.

I had a great appointment for a regular check up and new prescription glasses. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit early and didn't expect to be seen early, but they were able to see me early. I had questions about my insurance and cost and they were able to look it up and give me very reasonable options, without pressure to get more than I needed. The Dr. was very accommodating and listened to my needs and addressed them. Overall, it was a great appointment, the staff made it that way.

I've had glasses since the third grade. I can say this was the best experience I've had. I got an exam, bifocal every day glasses and prescription sunglasses. Everyone was very friendly, efficient and not the slightest bit pushy. No big sales job regarding add-ons. I will definitely recommend this store. Thank you!

I scheduled my eye exam with Empire Vision Works days ago and planned my entire day around it -- I literally can't see without my contacts and was told not to drive until I'm seen. I called just to confirm my appointment time while I was already on my way, and they suddenly tried to reschedule me like it was no big deal.
This is beyond unprofessional. I could've easily booked somewhere else and actually been taken care of. Instead, they waste my time, leave me basically blind, and hide behind their scammy "one-year exam" policy that doesn't help in any real emergency. Absolutely ridiculous.
If you actually value your time or need your eyes taken seriously, go anywhere else. This place is a joke.
