Terrible checkin system. " go to a desk with a green light.". When I arrived, there was only one desk with a green light, and there was already a client there. There were several clients standing around. At desk five, the woman was extremely rude to me and a few others when inquiring who should go next amongst ourselves( clients). When I shared with the rude checkin woman that there were several of us, she just indicated that there were clear instructions posted. The system is not working as they were five of us standing around with no green lights, and no one knew who was next. The woman proceeded to just downright argue with me that the system worked All around were shocked by her performance. The system clearly did not work. Other than the obnoxious check in process and stress it created, the doctors and nurses themselves were wonderful.

This was once a great practice when Dr Yepes was alone there but since taking in the two female doctors they just don't care.I called this morning after having gone through a full day of a very blood red eye and discharge.I called and they gave me the number of an emergency doctor he was off today so I called back and the person I spoke with said she would speak to dr Hue who never called back still sitting here on a Friday afternoon very unprofessional from reception staff to all the doctors

A while ago, I came here after feeling very pressured at a nearby location to get the Mirena IUD - being told that it would be "perfect" for me. I was told that it was being suggested for me specifically because I am transgender. I had the Mirena IUD inserted and a Pap Smear done while under general anesthesia. When I woke up, I was in so much agonizing pain that I compared it to an event that happened when I was a child. This event was very traumatic and sexual in nature. The two staff members who were present when I immediately woke up were rude regarding this. I was asked questions such as "how would you even know what that feels like" and further details regarding the event as I was laughed at. I think that it is possible that they thought I was making it up due to the effects of the anesthesia, however anesthesia usually doesn't work very well on me. They stopped laughing, changed the subject, and acted completely normal once my boyfriend was in the room. I was prescribed strong pain medication to manage the pain of the IUD, however this did not make the pain stop. The pain caused by the IUD did not go away until I had it removed two weeks later. I wanted to get a hysterectomy, but was told that it would be better for me to simply get my tubes removed; in case I was ever to lose access to HRT. I had my tubes removed at a different location. I think at someone may have seen the previous version of this review. There have been apologies made. Awkward apologies, though they seem genuine. I have been prescribed new pain medication for new issues that I don't think were always this severe. I don't know exactly what caused it, but I think that if I had never been told how "perfect" the IUD was (and none of the drawbacks of it, then I would never have agreed to it). By the time I was being suggested a solution to my abdominal pain, I was hesitant to even pick up the medication at the pharmacy after everything else I had experienced for at least a week.

I have always been treated respectively by the Staff & the Highest Respectful Dr. Yepes. They all explain in detail every step they are following through on and answer my questions fully.

I was seen as soon as they could get me in with Dr.Yepes for an emergency. He was very quick but professional & helped me so much! He made sure I understood what he was doing & what the next few days would be like with my eye. Overall, extremely happy and pleased with the office.

I had my cataracts done by Dr LaJoie last fall. She and the whole staff were wonderful, as was the staff at One Day Surgery (same building). Highly recommend.

Cal the day of my appointment to tell me the doctor isn't in today and can't reschedule me until October.
