Overall, our visit was great. Cat was really great with my daughter, explaining every test because she was scared. I did have a problem when I went to pay. Kris messed up, pulled up someone else's exam, I paid for it. I realized when I went to sign. She got nasty and rude with me, like she was inconvenienced because I was asking questions. She's the only complaint I have. My daughter is very happy with her glasses and very happy she has good vision now. Thank you!!!

The experience was great! From the greeting as I came in to the store and throughout the whole process, examination, picking out my glasses and Veronica's great personality. I cant believe that I received my glasses with in the the time they said. 1 hour. WOW! Thanks Dominick

Informative and authentic customer service from everyone who helped me during my visit. I had hesitated going in because I was unsure of what I wanted but that uncertainty was immediately subdued by the hospitality I received from the staff! They exceeded my expectations and made for a pleasurable experience. Thank you!

The technician, Cat, was so incredibly sweet and helpful. I know that this is a strange time when it comes to eye appointments, but she answered all of my questions and made me feel so welcome. The doctor that did my tele-exam was so sweet, as well were the receptionists that helped me. Love this place

My wife and I have been wearing glasses for the past 35 years and have been visiting countless vision practices and ophthalmologists in three states. The optometrist doing our frame/glass fitting along with the doctor doing our eye testing were the pleasantest and most knowledgeable we have encountered. They answered complex questions with detailed but easily understood explanations, and seemed especially pleased that we were taking the time to test their knowledge, of which they gave freely. We never felt rushed even though it became especially busy the time we were there. It was a significantly positive experience.

Though busy the staff handled things very well. I was impressed when a particular customer was hard to handle they took care of them just the same. Doc was great as well. I would recommend Lenscrafters to anyone of my friends

Honestly, a fabulous place. Friendly, chatty and knowledgable on their subject. The Dr himself is great and has a friendly way of talking and getting information across. Steve and Leslie dealt with me and the pre-examination and lens choosing follow up - awesome staff.
