Thank you for doing such a great job with my new glasses. I was delighted with the last pair I had, but broke them after a fall. I went right back here to have Bill, the Optician, and Dr. Grasso set me up with a new pair in a timely manner. Thank you both for your excellent service too! I did not have to go back for an adjustment. They got it perfect the first time.

Would be zero stars if possible. After 15 years of getting exams and being ripped off with the price of glasses here, my mother,who is 88 yrs old in Oct, could no longer lean forward to put her head/chin in device for check up. (Osteoporosis) They refused to examine her, told her they could no longer help her, "it would do her no service to examine her." I took her to Costco, the doctor there examined her "the old fashioned way, same as before the device was created!" They also have a great selection of designer glasses for a fraction of the price. After a wasted 2 years (or more) , she can see and read without a magnifying glass! Anyone can be examined by the doctor, To buy glasses you must be a Costco member. (Which i am, she is not. There was not a problem!) Everyone is so nice and helpful! She bought two pair and cost was still less than at All About Eyes! They ought to be ashamed of themselves! Ripping off seniors, then dropping them when they could have still helped. Everyone in Sayville senior community she lives in goes there, I bet they won't be for long! News travels fast in that place! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Stopped in to see what they had vs VIsionworks. So glad i did. Great experience out the door in about 30 minutes. Much more knowledgeable staff than the chain and the best part was the friendly service. I already recommended this place to people. Go. Go now.

This family oriented team is stellar. They're welcoming, easy to work with and Bill, the Optician, is a gem with my 4yr old. His great sense of humor makes her so comfortable talking to him. Excellent service.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! At first I had a positive experience with Bill and co. However when I got my first set of glasses there was a smudge in the lens. A smudge that must have been on there before they applied the anti glare coating at the factory. I sent them back to get replaced before it was even 24 hours since I got them. Next I got a good pair back. I had an accident where I bumped it. So they sent my glasses away to be fixed. I was even told by Bill that there would be a second free lens replacement and that there would only be a $50 charge. I have no idea what the $50 charge was for. It was a waste of my money. The lenses that I got back were the same exact ones I sent to get replaced! They have dots on them from a corrupt lens coating. And they have two small scratches on the right lens exactly where they were before! So what was done in the 10 days they got sent away? Nothing it looks like. Unless I was tricked and charged $50 for nothing. I don't know what's happening there. But that place is messed up. And their glasses factory is messed up as well. LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING! THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY. They say they will fix things but then nothing is fixed. It's also quite cramped in there. Take your money elsewhere. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed.

LOVE All About Eyes! My family and I have been going here for 10+ years. The staff is lovely and Dr. Grosso is thorough, knowledgeable and great bedside manner. Definitely reccomend!

Absolutely AWEFUL. Secretary and Dr Grasso were absolutey wonderful BUT Bill Brandwein was one of the most miserable and rude guys I've ever met in my life. Went to pay the copay and they added an extra item which I asked about. He immediately gets an attitude after me asking and tells me to keep the money and not come back. He also asked if I had any family that were with them,(going to no longer service them I assumed) so I responded with "no not anymore" he said "good". From what was a fabulous experience, became utterly terrible because of him. Lost 3 clients over a copay that I was just asking about.... 0 stars if I could.
