Reed Eye Center: Crable James OD

The eye exams have been good and not a problem. The problem started when I called in and asked about going to contacts. They said that they would pull my file and have the doctor review it. A month went by, and I didn't hear anything. I called back and received a lot of excuses like doctor on vacation and only in the office a couple of days during the week. They said they would get right back with me. Two weeks go by, and still nothing. I called again, and the lady that answered didn't know anything about it but said I would have to arrange a fitting. I said I don't even know if contacts are possible and wanted to see about a two week sample. She said she would have my file pulled and get back with me. Two weeks later, nothing!
