I got a wood chop in my eye chainsawing (yes I wad wearing a face shield). I wanted to get checked out and eventhough I wasn't a patient they saw me. I received a full professional exam and treatment. Thank you Dr. Rosenswie and staff.

Today was the first time I've ever been here. I've gone to the same place for over 20 years. Dr. Shannon, Steve and the receptionist are amazing people. They are very kind and very friendly. I went in there for a contact lens fitting and with my current prescription and they treated me like I was a regular customer. They definitely treated me like family and made me feel welcome. This is going to be my new place for eye care. It looked like they have a large selection of frames too. They were thorough, clean, informative and answered my questions.The price was less than I thought it should be for my visit considering their time. I only waited for a few minutes, but they helped out someone who came in not expecting to get a repair, but did get the repair while he waited. Seems they treat everyone very kind. They went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it. I will definitely recommend this office to family and friends. Thank you!

We switched to Springville Eye Care and Dr. Shannon many years ago and have never looked back! We absolutely love it there! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They let you stop in without an appointment for small needs. They also always have a good selection of reasonably priced frames. Everyone in my immediate family and extended family all switched to Dr. Shannon and love her and this business!

Dr. Shannon is the most kind practitioner I see. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, yet relatable and fun. The office staff is just as lovely. Wish all my Dr's offices were as easy to work with and friendly.

Dr. Rosenswie is the best! She has helped me out in a few after hours emergencies, and squeezed me in more than once, even coming in early to see me. Dr. Shannon goes above and beyond, and is nothing but pleasant and friendly. The people in her office are as equally helpful and friendly!

I got something in my eye, called the office, was never there before, they had me come immediately!! Fit me in and resolved the issue ! Just amazing service and professional support! This practice just earned my wife and my business in the future. Thanks Again !

I have been going there for several years. I am not happy however. My insurance to pay for an eye exam was going to end. But, I had a whole month until it ended. They would not consider trying to help me with an exam as they were too busy. Too busy for a whole month. Doubt it. Well, whatever. I just won't go there again.

Refused my Molina medical insurance. They recommended i look for places closer to Buffalo. This is the second place (not in Buffalo area) ive been told doesnt accept Medicaid Molina. How do I not get offended by this apparent "discrimination?" And Molina website and Molina clerk i spoke to said they did accepted Molina. Are places getting benefits or bait n switching with Molina referrals and then choosing at point of contact to refuse medicaid insurance? Is this an even more widespread problem than ive just begun to experience? My first yr ever on Medicaid Molina and getting a lower class treatment vibe :(
