had a very disappointing experience at this office. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. I waited far past my scheduled appointment time with little communication or explanation. The doctor felt rushed and didn't take the time to thoroughly address my concerns or explain findings in a way that made me feel comfortable or confident. When I asked follow-up questions, I felt brushed off rather than heard. Additionally, billing and front desk communication were unclear, which created unnecessary frustration. For a medical office, especially one dealing with vision and eye health, I expected more professionalism, empathy, and organization. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Very poor eye exam by this doctor. He spent less than 10 minutes with me and did not test my eye sight for reading. I was extremely disappointed as my retina specialist had recommended him.

The doctor is a five, Dr. Berger! Calling trying to get through, making an appointment or follow up phone call is an absolute nightmare which my star to four. I have been on the phone for 18 minutes on hold with a loop of the most annoying voicemail that just goes over and over and over about ordering contacts and the office following CDC guidelines, etc., etc., that they make you listen to a dozen times. Then the number just clicks and dumps the call! This is not only happened once but about four times when I'm trying to call to follow up with an appointment about a billing question, Appointment, etc.. I don't know if I will be able to stay with this Office based on this problem ... it is beyond a shame because I truly adore this doctor and feel that he is extremely talented. But if you can't get through the doctor, what is the point?

I have been going to this office for many years for my daughter (Rebecca) (she wears contact lenses). Early January 2015, my daughter (19 yrs old) got an eye exam from Dr. Berger. He said her eyes had changed a little but not enough to change the prescription. So we went to he front desk to order contact lenses. The front office, of course, has us on file in their computer, insurance information etc. About a week of two later I sent my daughter to pick up the lenses and I gave her cash (usually if I went I would have used a credit card). She said when she picked up the lenses she noticed the boxes had different numbers and she asked the woman at the front desk why and the woman said "your prescription changed'. A day or so later Rebecca noticed the lenses were wrong and didn't fit at all. She had to back to college so I called the office and said I would come in to sort it out. I then went to the office and they found the lenses that Rebecca should have gotten and I paid for them with a credit card. When I went to get a refund on the lenses given in error, Rebecca had lost the receipt. The office manager (Jody) proceeded to tell me they kept a carbon copy of all cash receipts and had no record of it. She also said they knew whose lenses Rebecca had gotten in error and that patient had a 'prepaid' account. So now they refuse to give me a refund because I don't have a receipt and they can't find a record. Ok, so I don't have a receipt so just give me back the lenses that were wrong. My daughter paid for them. Now this Jody said' no, they are our lenses'. I started to get angry and Jody then proceeded saying 'I'm going to have to ask you to leave". I was so insulted and frustrated that I left before I did something I would regret. First of all, if the account was prepaid why didn't they figure this out when Rebecca came to pickthem up. I don't care about the money (It was $70 ), but I do care about they way they treated me. I live locally, I have been a loyal, paying customer for years and this woman treated me like a criminal. I am still reeling from this experience. I also believe there's something not right about this whole thing. If this was a prepaid account, what happened when the person came to pick up their lenses. And do they only give receipts for cash (shouldn't it be logged into the computer also). Obviously, I will never go back to this office, and it doesn't matter to them because they have thousands of patients. I'm a registered nurse and I believe in treating people with respect. I believe the procedures of this office are sloppy and they have bad interpersonal skills.

Dr Paskowski and his crew are simply amazing! Just absolutely professional and very caring. I had 2 cataract surgeries and I'm so satisfied with the results. Simply the best!!

My family and I have been visiting this clinic for over 20 years. Excellent doctor, but the staff is rude.

Excellent in all areas, professionalism, cleanliness, short wait time, great bedside manner, efficient staff to name a few. Was referred by a friend, and now continue to refer friends to his practice.
