Dr. Na Ma is an outstanding ophthalmologist! She brings a wealth of experience to both routine eye checkups and more in-depth examinations. Her staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit every time. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking top-quality eye care!
Dr Ma recommended my son not wearing glasses because he has one eye has no vision problem, and one eye with 2.0. After one year, we went to another doctor and another doctor told me that's ridiculous and makes the one eye with 2.7. Not wearing glasses makes his vision getting worse very quickly. Do Not Go There!
If I could give zero stars, I would do so.
Don't go to this clinic. The attitude of the person answering the phone is very low standard. Since she gave me a limited time to choose, I asked a few more questions and she started to blame me impatiently. Then, she hung up the phone before I finished speaking. If you are so impatient, why do you answer the phone? I don't know if you are a doctor or just answering the phone? No matter which one, your managers need to pay attention. If you come out to work without training, my suggestion is that you go back to school to continue training on how to respect others and be polite before you go out to work in society.
My favorite doctor to visit. Dr. Na Ma is the nicest, friendliest, and most intuitive professional I've had the pleasure of meeting. She's a great listener and always seems to have the perfect advice if any issues come up. I always look forward to my visits. It can sometimes be difficult to set an appointment because she is only there Thursdays and Saturdays. I believe she also has a location in Elmhurst for the other days of the week. Thank you, Dr. Ma!
I LOVE this place. My former optometrist was kind but was always overbooked, would be speedy to the point of carelessness, and I always walked out feeling bad about my eyesight. Although I am not Chinese, I love how accessible this office is to any residents where Chinese is their preferred language, from the translated forms down to the staff. Wait time was virtually nonexistent, and I loved that Dr. Ma thinks out loud so you know what she is doing and why -- very transparent, which is hard to come by in today's healthcare system. They're efficient, but still SO careful with the exam and the service. It was reassuring knowing that they were doing good work, and I'm so grateful a place like this exists. As someone who aspires to be a healthcare professional, I hope to be as great as this office :)
Dr. Ma is a very responsible doctor and an aspiring doctor. She is very serious about her children and patient in answering your questions. She can also speak Chinese, which is of great help to some parents who can't speak English.
Love Dr. Ma's office. no long line. Dr. Ma is very friendly, patient, and professional. She treats young patients as her own kids. answers all your questions clearly, She is very honest, suggests you buy what you really need it.
Visiting Dr. Ma's office made me experience paradoxes.
I wanted to ask a few questions after seeing Dr. Ma. Office staff suggested me to text Dr. Ma, "Who will read." A few minutes later, I received a text message saying "According to HIPPA law, no details could be released over the phone for protecting Pt's confidentiality". Here is the first paradox.
To comply with the law, I wrote to Dr. Ma a letter addressing two questions. Two days later, her office staff called me and stated mecahnically about the law quoted above. I simply requested a response directly from Dr. Ma. In about one hour, Dr. Ma called me and cited the above quoted message. As soon as I indicated that she could write me back, Dr. Ma started to answer my questions, which I restated then. Her answer not only relieved my anxiety, but also completed a paradox 2, by violating her own warning.
One question remains. What was actually behind those paradoxes? The answer may well be another more interesting paradox.
