Doctors of Optometry - Destiny Usa

LensCrafters is the only place I'll go for exams and glasses. Dr. Mark was the best optometrist I've seen so far. Ruth is fantastic with making the process of finding and fitting frames, explaining all of the lens options, and the whole rest of the process so easy. Their new equipment also made the experience better. Then the cost was very reasonable, as well. Thank you! A++

I had a great experience at the Lenscrafters in Destiny mall yesterday. Dr Bakari Samin was wonderful - he gave me a thorough eye exam and I feel like the new prescription will be much better than the one I had! I'd highly recommend him.

This is specifically for the destiny mall location as I originally had an appointment in Cicero, drive out there to be told the equipment was down and they were "going to call me". I called the destiny usa location and they got me right in and everyone there was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this specific location!

Exam went very well. The doctor was very nice and explained everything. They didn't have the frames I wanted that I saw online in-store but easily ordered them for me at no additional cost.

Was advertised that exam office would be clean and sanitized before used for each patient...yet the instrument that you rest your face against and look through a lens for the eye test had someone else's makeup smeared on it. Further I witnessed after my exam when the doctor led me back to the store to pick out my glasses the next patient was already being brought into the same office I came from - absolutely 100% same instrument I had just used was not cleaned or sanitized for the next patient before they were sent in. LensCrafters I swear also feels like the biggest scam every time I go. Every single time my insurance is not used because there's a "better" store offer that's lower priced than my insurance. What is the point in having insurance if that's the case? Also how can you be an Oakley dealer when your employees don't know jack about Oakley products? I came in with an old pair of same frames I wanted and told them the model name and yet they had never heard of them before and didn't have in store. Even though you can confirm right from Oakley website that these are still a current model that is available. And then they try telling me that my prescription may not work with these frames, only to find out "oh, I guess it will work with these frames". Then for my second pair of glasses the salesperson smiled and said you're going to be really happy with the price on this pair because we will (finally) use your insurance and it will cover the frames and some of the lenses...then her smile turned to a frown when she realized the final price of second pair was still over $200. Very unpleased with my experience with LenCrafters and will probably not use them anymore. Only reason for 2 stars on review is because the doctor was nice and actually did a good job on my prescription.

Staff and doctor were extremely friendly and helpful. We got through full exams and glasses orders in about an hour!

Where should I start..EVERYTHING was wonderful the staff excellence in caring the Doctor was the greatest i have experienced such kindness i am telling my family to choose this lenscrafters at Destiny Usa..you are the best ever
