There was a moment during my examination when Dr. Jason became a little stern with me, but it was because he believed I was not following his instructions carefully. He kindly but firmly pointed out where I might be slipping or not adhering to the prescribed guidelines, which I later realized was his way of ensuring I received the best possible care and recovery. That moment might have seemed a bit strict, but it underscored his commitment to his patients' health and his genuine concern for their progress. Additionally, I genuinely appreciate the personal hygiene standards Dr. Jason maintains. One of the small but noticeable details that I find impressive is his fresh and clean breath. It's always a pleasant surprise because, unfortunately, I've encountered medical professionals in the past whose personal hygiene was not up to par, and it sometimes affected my confidence in their overall professionalism. So, seeing a doctor like Dr. Jason, who makes an effort to stay fresh and clean, reassures me that he takes all aspects of his role seriously; not just the medical side but also fundamental personal care. No waiting time from when I arrived to being seen. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and professional. The tech that brought me back was also very efficient and professional. Dr. Siriamonthep was extremely thorough with my exam and listened to all of my concerns. I highly recommend this office.

I had Tixel treatment for my dry eyes with Dr. Flicker, and I am extremely happy with the results. The treatment consisted of three treatments about two weeks apart, it was quick with no downtime, Dr. Flicker made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatments. Within weeks, my eyes felt less irritated, less gritty, and the discomfort I experienced for so many years is now gone. My eyes feel so much more hydrated, and comfortable. I highly recommend the Tixel treatment for anyone struggling with dry eye! It truly has made a difference.

Dr. DeRicco is a very professional doctor I felt very comfortable with her. She helped me in every way I needed. She filled in for my main Doctor who is Doctor Shih, I couldn't ask for any better doctors

Overall great experience. The Dr was super nice and incredible and very informative. However the assistant who called me in at the beginning before I see the doctor to have my eye checked was a little grumpy... For example she said "sit down", "sit back" "put your chin up" like the word "please" does not exist. Later in the conversation she tried to become nice in her wording but it was too late. Thank God my doctor was very professional and caring!! I will come back because I have seen others assistance were nice and professional to their customers.

I am a patient of Dr J. Flicker at South Shore Eye Care. I had symptoms of dry eye, which were very uncomfortable. My eyes were always red, at some points painful and I constantly felt like there was something in my eye. Tixel treatment was suggested. I had 3 treatments that only take about 2 minutes each. Since then I haven't had any eye pain and all the discomfort I had is gone. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
