I don't usually write reviews, but I cannot recommend Dr. Carniciu highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Dr.Carniciu is truly a gifted and highly skilled surgeon- her expertise and attention to detail are remarkable. She explained the upper and lower blepharoplasty procedure thoroughly, set realistic expectations, and every part of my recovery unfolded exactly as she described. Her communication is outstanding -- she patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I felt comfortable and informed at every step. The results FAR exceeded my expectations; I couldn't be happier with how natural, refreshed, and beautiful my eyes look. I'm a physician in practice for ~20 years. After discussions with a few dermatologists I know, I chose Dr. Carniciu for a surgical procedure. The experience was exceptional. Dr Carniciu is caring, considerate, and thoughtful. Her bedside manner and technical skill are both outstanding. Of course I had concerns about a surgery involving my eye, as anyone would...I needn't have worried, because the outcome was perfect. At this point there is no sign I had any procedure at all. Dr Carniciu is the best! She is friendly, polite, informative, and she has amazing bedside manner. I saw her about a stye on my lower eyelid that needed to be drained. I was pretty nervous going into it, but Dr. Carniciu explained the problem, talked me through the procedure, and kept me comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process.
