What a horrible experience... the receptionist was dismissive and rude ... but nothing compared to dr paserilli who is probably one of the rudest doctors I've ever seen... he was more interested in securing a surgery for his group on my behalf than treating the ISSUE I was there for!!!!! He stated during the visit he would call in drops to help with the issue on Tuesday! I called back wed thurs Fri and sat and everytime was told I would be called back by someone who could resolve the issue it's now the following Wednesday no call!!!!! Originally went to Holbrook where the staff n doctor were all wonderful that's where I'll go back to!!!!!!! Definitely better options out there

Update balance after I was told my comprehensive exam was covered. Called and made appointment told me appointment was covered as a comprehensive eye exam. A month later I get a bill for shit not covered in that appointment. Principal and will be seeing a lawyer if it isnt squashed. Also the 4 hour wait is NUTS

What a gem of a place... from the moment you walk in to checking out, everyone is so nice. Dr. Noodleman is very sweet and patient. I had my 9 twins in at same time and he treated them with nothing but kindness... the girl who took us in for evaluation was an absolute sweet heart... totally recommend them for pediatrics

As a new patient, I arrived for my first appointment 15 minutes early, and found 6 people ahead of me in the waiting room. I found out there was only one doctor and that 2 of the people had been waiting already for over an hour. Before I even checked in, I rescheduled my appointment for a different day, making sure that I got the first appointment of the day, to insure that the doctor wasn't behind. That visit was very good! I was seen by the scribe first, who was great! And then quickly saw the doctor.
