Tracy was absolutely wonderful! She helped us in the nick of time when we were running late, and even though the store was closing, she never rushed us or made us feel unwelcome. Instead, she was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly hospitable.
She took her time, gave her expert opinion on the glasses, and amazingly chose the exact same pair t mom picked out . That really showed her experience and eye for style!

My last eye exam was in 2021 and many people recommended that I come here to receive one as well as buy my glasses. When I walked in, the space was very clean, organized and beyond that, welcoming. Nicole was able to quickly get me into the eye exam that went extremely smoothly. Dr. Jeney Mathew was the sweetest person ever too. It was nice to feel like I was receiving the care I deserve. Lastly, Eugenia (as well as and Kaylee as well) were a big help with picking glasses and sorting out what would be best for me. I loved coming here and I would recommend to others as well Thank you!

Had top class experience here. Went for eye exam and glasses for my wife. We had missed our appointment but they scheduled it right there. They have good collections of frames ranging from $90-800, offers running for frame+lens. Zubair was helpful in frame hunt, we got good deals. Much recommended if you are looking for eye exams, glasses or contact lenses. They are located at 1st floor, it will be easier if you park your vehicle towards Macy's.

Could not be any happier with this store. From the first person who greeted me the moment I walked in to the eye doctor, and everyone who helped make my glasses, way faster than I anticipated, I highly recommend you shop at this location. It's truly one stop from prescription to getting an amazing pair of glasses. My experience may not have been typical in terms of how quickly they turned them around, but nevertheless it was Five stars all the way.

Very pleased with the service at the LensCrafters at Pallisades Mall West Nyack. The Eye Examiner was the best. She listened to all my concerns. My current outdated ones broke... needed a pair quickly. Anita, who serviced me was great! She spent so much time helping me with fittings and getting the right frames. She was attentive to all of my concerns and patiently helped me coordinate the best plan for my needs. I got contacts for immediate use and ordered my progressives. We went through the process several times with various frames to get the right pair. I even chose the pair she picked. When I picked them up..they fit perfectly! No adjusting what so ever. Wearing glasses for 40 yrs...I am impressed and happy I made this very costly investment with LensCrafters. I had to get 3 pairs. A huge purchase but we'll spent there. Yes, I'd say I am very pleased.
