Had a great experience with my eye exam! Everything was smooth from check-in to the actual exam. The Dr. Chung was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She is friendly and welcoming. The office is super clean, the atmosphere is so pleasant. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place that makes the process easy and stress-free!

I had an amazing experience at Utopia Optometry! From start to finish, everyone was incredible. Dr. Chung was so sweet, dedicated, and truly passionate about her work, it is clear she loves what she does. The young lady at the front desk was phenomenal, welcoming, and gave fantastic advice. The office itself is clean, organized, and spacious, which made the visit even more pleasant. I could not recommend this place enough and cannot wait to come back. This will now be my permanent optometrist!

My new favorite optical. Received an appointment right away! The eye doctor was super informative and very detailed about the eye exam compare to other spots that barely ask questions or suggestions. The lady in the front was super sweet and showed me what my insurance covers and I didn't have to spend one dime! Had all the features I wanted! My glasses were ready exactly a week later as they told me. Super happy with my new stylish glasses

I visited today without an appointment and asked for an eye exam and new glasses. They greeted me with such warmth and even fit me in right away for the exam. They accept many different insurance plans and really know how to help they explained exactly what my insurance covered and how to make the most of it. I'm so grateful for their kindness, quick service, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I had a 10am appointment and was greeted right away by Rosa and Dr. Gloria Chung. They send the paperwork thru text a few days before so I went straight to exam area where Dr. Chung did a series test during the eye exam. Not just an ABC procedure of reading letters. She picked up I had dry eyes and prescribe drops as well as slight glaucoma as she will keep monitoring. Rosa was great at helping me pick glasses. She did not rush me and told me exactly what my insurance pays and what my part will be. My part of price was very reasonable. I loved their service. Wasn't rushed nor pricey nor pushy. Will be going again in 3 months to check my glaucoma. Try them. You will love the service and treatment. Thank you.

Excellent work and care, very knowledgeable, i have been going to this place for a decade but Gloria is really doing the best job! Totally recommend. They also worked with my budget and didn't feel that i was pushed to make a big purchase.
