What an incredibly positive experience! This was my first time here and I'm never going anywhere else. Outstanding customer service from everyone that I interacted with! From signing in, to the eye exam, to the fitting for my new glasses, everyone was kind and knowledgeable and helpful. Dr MacLaughlin was wonderful; personable and thorough with his explanations regarding my eye exam. Claire was so patient and let me have some fun trying on glasses while guiding me to purchase the frames that I really loved most. Even the music playing was great. This was a totally different experience from anywhere else I have ever gone, and I've been wearing contacts/glasses for 30+ years. Awesome place - I highly recommend!

Deeply friendly and helpful staff, Dr Golab was amazing with both myself and my daughter. She put us at ease and breezed through our exam. Dr MacLaughlan was helpful with my frames. Could not recommend more highly.

Everyone is personable, friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in the door you are comfortable. Dr Lisa is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. You can see and feel the pride she has by her work ethic and her love of her patients. Insight is the place to go whether it is a routine exam or something a little more serious. Dr Lisa will work and get everything completed. She answers every question you may have. Great place! I highly recommend Insight!!! I would rate Dr Lisa and her staff 10 stars if I could.

Everything about this place was warm and welcoming. From the receptionists with amazing keyboards to the very friendly doctors who used more numbers than just 1 and 2 when checking eyes. Thank you. We will definitely be coming back and i will bring my other children here as well if needed. They have hundreds of frames to choose from you will not be disappointed!
