The women that work here are so helpful. When I was trying on dresses for my wedding I found two dresses liked. The first one was strapless and the second one had an illusion neckline. Since there was aspects of each dress I liked and some I did not like Laurie slipped the strapless dress over illusion neckline dress and combined the two dress to make my dream dress. It was beautiful and just what I had Invisioned myself in! We were also able to get my whole bridal parties dress in the same place! Crystal Vision is so easy to work and so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for wedding dress, bridal party, mother of the bride or groom and prom dress!

Very unprofessional. Go anywhere, but Crystal Visions Bridal. Laurie, the owner is extremely rude, and lacks professional skills. I brought a silk heirloom gown to this store for alterations. After about 6 fittings, the fit STILL wasn't right. Even after the last fitting, the hook and eye were still broken, and I had no way of closing the dress. Worst of all, Laurie, the owner, lied and told me no fabric would ever be cut from my dress (my cousin was there as a witness) She cut expensive lace from the dress, and didn't even give it back to me. After this store damaged my dress permanently, I brought it to two different places. Both owners who are professional, and highly experienced seamstresses we're horrified at the alterations (I can copy and paste what they wrote in here) and agreed that this shop ruined my dress. They also said this shop sewed used bra cups into my dress. Gross. Luckily, one of extremely talented seamstresses had time to fix it all just one week before the wedding. I put the dress on once, and it was absolutely perfect. That said, I would not recommend Crystal Visions Bridal to anyone. The seamstress isn't there during the fittings. You'll be dealing with Laurie who is passive aggressive, and rude. Go anywhere else, but here.

I came into the shop looking for a new gown because my original did not fit after having a baby between the ceremony and reception (delayed due to covid). Amber and Laurie spent a lot of time with me trying to find the perfect dress and we came up with two options. They are both extremely patient, kind and good at their jobs. After talking through all of the options I worked with them to alter my original dress and it came out amazing!!! You would never know it was taken out. They are truly amazing at their jobs and are the most lovely people. I would highly recommend this shop for all bridal needs!

Just went there today to try on some prom dresses for my senior ball and I found THE ONE almost right away(thanks to Laurie who understood just what I wanted). The pricing for pretty much all of the dresses were very good compared to $500 simple prom dresses that you'd find elsewhere. The two ladies(Laurie and another girl in which I didn't get her name sadly) were very helpful and gave lots of great feedback. Such wonderful people! I'm keeping my dress a secret as for now but will upload pictures after the ball! Im beyond excited to show off the beautiful dress! Definitely recommend this place! 5/5 for sure!

Amber is simply amazing! She's helped so many of my friends. She is simply the best! Bob and Laurie (owners) are simply delightful! If you're looking for a great dress for your special occasion, look nowhere else than Crystal Visions Bridal. I can't recommend Amber enough!!!

A place not just for Wedding Dresses. I was taken my daughter and Grand-daughter to Disney and decided to convince them both to be princesses. So we went to the Bridal Salon, Crystal Vision, Wurtsboro, NY and spoke to the owner who was just as excited to help us. We found beautiful blue dresses, and tiers for both of them. We did this about two months before we left. When we were ready, Laurie had them ready for us. In Disney, my daughter was able to wear her dress to the Princess meals in the Disney Hotel, but could not enter the park, since she was over the age of 14 dressed up. A number of people wanted to know where we purchased the dresses and advised us that they were sorry that they never though to do this. Thank you Laurie

Absolutely amazing service! Amber was the best and helped me try on just about every style until I found the perfect dress! I am thrilled with my dress and loved the whole process. I can't share a pic of the dress since I'm still keeping it a secret before the big day but they had a great and beautiful selection.

This was a horrible experience. I took my daughter to get a prom dress and the woman there, I believe it's the owner, was aggressively salesly and overbearing. She walks right into the dressing area while my 16 y/o daughter was trying on a dress WITHOUT asking or announcing herself and then INVITES the help in with her. Unbelievably intrusive. Pushy and ridiculously over the top with forcing a design on us. We left and will never EVER go back.
