Dr. Pham is a fantastic doctor and an amazing human being! I was on vacation in New Hampshire when I called her office to say that I had experienced eye flashes-floaters. This call came on a Friday afternoon, and the doctor scheduled to see me Saturday at 8:00 A.M. in New York. In my experience with the medical profession, I have never seen a doctor who came in on a Saturday morning (not scheduled) to treat my condition. She came in with her entire family in tow to make that appointment to make sure I was okay. I cannot say enough about Dr. Pham and her deep empathy and care for her patients. Dr. Pham is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She recently performed cataract surgery on one of my eyes and will be doing the second soon. I couldn't be in better hands. She explains everything so clearly and with such patience--it's truly a gift. She listens, never rushes, and makes sure you feel informed and cared for every step of the way. That kind of attention really helped me feel at ease. Dr. Pham has a kind and reassuring presence, and her entire office staff is wonderful--professional, efficient, and kind. I'm so grateful for the care I've received and highly recommend her to anyone needing expert, compassionate treatment.

Dr. Pham is incredible all around. She's caring and takes time to answer any questions. She's very sharp but not arrogant. Her staff were all very nice as well. I found out so many of my friends go to her and they all say the same thing.

Dr Pham is kind, explains everything, and has been so patient with me throughout my two cataract surgeries. My case was complicated and she was Incredible. Her staff is also so welcoming, patient and friendly thorough. Danielle the office mgr goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this practice!!

I had heard great things about Dr. Pham. I had gone to Dr. Glassman for years until he retired. Now, the practice (Site Md) is unresponsive and impossible to get through to. On referral, I initially called Dr. Pham and did not get a response right away. No big deal. They eventually responded and scheduled me for October 31. Then they called to reschedule for today, Nov. 13th. for 3:00. They send an electronic check in, which I struggled with for awhile. I called the office and someone there told me that it wasn't working, so I should just come in and check in at the office. Then I received another call requesting that I come in at 2:30 instead. I arrived early, checked in, but noticed a lot of people in the waiting area. I reminded the receptionist that they asked me to come in early. She told me the Dr. would see me shortly. About ten minutes later, they called me back to the desk to inform me that she was actually just seeing patients from 1:00 and that it would be awhile before I'd be seen. That was enough for me. I had jumped through hoops to get there on time. I don't even live in Yorktown. Meanwhile, I'm months overdue for a checkup. If Anyone from the office reads this, please know that I realize there are days where things just don't work out, so no hard feelings. The office staff was very apologetic. If you'd like to try again before I look for another practice, just cover my co-pay for my trouble, and maybe I'll try again.

Went in to see Dr. Pham for an eye dermatitis and very luckily she gave me a thorough eye exam, which indicated a potential glaucoma condition. Thankfully, we will follow up in a couple of weeks to see how things are progressing. Grateful I found Dr. Pham and her staff!

Dr Lan Pham was compassionate, patient and skilled. She took all the time needed to inform me, and support me, In fact she gave me some of the samples of very expensive eye drops needed post surgery she was given. I now have 20/20 distance vision-can see road signs that were once blurry. Chose to use reading glasses for close up sight.
