What a wasted trip. Store updated its hours a week ago to note closes at 9pm on Saturday snd we drive half an hour and it's closed! And the store sign hours don't match its online hours. Grrrrr

The staff is friendly and the doctor was very patient and informative. She has very good bedside manner. I did have to wait beyond my appointment time but the wait was not too long.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I was trying to return a Rayban Gen 2 Meta I picked up earlier in the morning due to hardware failure. The male store manager was so rude and dismissive and insisted it was clearly used. He told me that it should be returned by mail and was clearly annoyed that he had to deal with this. Although the Rayban return policy was 45 days by mail or store front. The entire process was extremely upsetting to me. I will never shop at this particular Lenscrafters again.

It was a very good experience. The dr was helpful and knowledgeable. The person at the front desk (young man) was also polite and helpful.

David is very professional and knowledgeable, he answers all the questions asked and he really knows what he's doing..I have recommended all my friends and family to ask for him when going to LensCrafters

Ive been coming here for 3 years, and everyone has always been SO nice, SO knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help. I was helped by Ed today, he was so sweet and patient, he really went the extra mile to help me find glasses in my price range that i like. I love what we picked out, and the people up front, the doctor and assistant were very sweet and funny as well. They also took me without an appointment, and I can always walk in to have my glasses adjusted. love them so much thank you!! Very happy customer!

I visited this location on July 12th for both an eye exam and a contact lens exam. I returned the following day because the contact lenses were uncomfortable, and I also needed my pupillary distance measurements. The young woman at the front desk was helpful and attempted to assist me, but said she needed to ask another employee an old black gentleman on staff for the measurement. When she approached him, his immediate response was, "No, I can't do that." I explained that I had just been seen the day before for a full exam. He again refused, stating that whatever website I was trying to order glasses from could provide the measurement though I had not mentioned anything about ordering glasses online. I asked what the $189 charge covered if basic measurements weren't included, and he responded that it was for the exams only not to receive measurements. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. At one point, after asking for my receipt, he even looked into my purse, which I found completely inappropriate. Eventually, he reluctantly agreed to provide the measurement but told me to wait. While I was waiting, the front desk associate located my measurements and informed him. He then responded curtly, telling her, "Well, you can give that to her," again with an unprofessional attitude. This experience left me feeling disrespected and disappointed, especially considering I had just paid for services the day prior.

The best eye exam I ever had is an understatement ! The optical staff was very professional and pleasant to work with. Doctor Leahy was very thorough and answered all my questions . If you haven't gotten your eye exam yet or your postponing your exam, I highly recommend that you come to this LensCrafters in Jefferson valley mall. They're a great team . You'll definitely return for your next exam I guarantee it!!
