Suqin Guo,

We have been seeing Dr. Guo for 3 years, and my child has been complaining headaches for 3 years. I didn't aware this is related to the incorrect prescription of the eyeglasses. Every time doctor Guo just let her student who has no experience to check my child' eyes. She didn't double check at all, she was not even stay there. I really doubt the accuracy! Until this time I saw the student is literally guessing without testing my daughter's vision by changing lens. I suspect my daughter's headache is caused by the incorrect eyeglasses. Now I need to pay out of packet to have her eye exam by other doctors! Besides, doctor Guo never allow siblings to have the same day appointment!

Completely awful group !! Director was rude and witnessed the receptionist threatened to fight me because I didn't understand what the paperwork said !! The receptionist use foul language as well in front of my four year old. Every feedback I tried to tell the director got brushed off . doctors get annoyed when u ask any questions. Parking is awful! Appointment was at 12 didn't get out til after 4. Would never suggest anyone put them self through this ! Her assistant and her falsely diagnosed my son with multiple conditions and wanted him to see multiple of there specialist. Terrible!!

Dr. Guo was very nice and professional. I had surgery in May of 2022, and I thought the result would have been different. I still can't focus and do my work diligently. My eyes still sway, twitch, and water while I'm trying to focus especially on my laptop and phone. If I look at something close up then they sway especially the right eye. When I daydream it sways. When I focus too long it sways. When I look to the right or up and take my glasses off it sways. It's still noticeable and I can't stand when people stare. My Optometrist stated that it can be fixed by loosening the stitches. I've been doing the eye exercises every day and still, there isn't a difference. I thought it would get better over time. I'm hoping I can have another surgery to fix it completely. I don't want this to be negative against Dr. Guo because she was wonderful, but I guess it just didn't work for me the first time. Thank you. I'm hoping it can be rectified.

Dr. Guo did emergency surgery on a Sunday night to reattach a lacerated cornea and operating on a global punture of my left eye. These injuries were due to an accident. While I was in recovery she was comforting to my wife and daughters in the waiting room. They felt her warmth and was comforted by her self assurances . Whenever I called her she would call back within a few hours. She answered all my questions and concerns and did much to ease my anxieties. She is remarkable as a surgeon and as a caring person. I am forever grateful.

i have been a patient of Dr. Guo for many years. Not only is the staff efficient and personable, but Dr Guo has always been thorough in her examinations, ordering testing and her explanation of results! I am confident in her skills as an ophthalmologist and surgeon.

Numerous attempts to secure an earlier appointment went unanswered, with no efforts made to expedite the process. Additionally, important documentation, including a fax from our pediatrician stressing the necessity of a swifter consultation, was mishandled and ultimately lost. When I tried to convey the urgency of the situation, I was met with indifference and a lack of understanding. The dismissive attitude displayed and the failure to accommodate a more time-sensitive situation is concerning and disappointing. I urge this practice to review their patient care protocols and ensure all cases are handled with the necessary attention and professionalism they deserve."

I had complicated cataracts, she took them both out, and even a secondary cataract a few years later. Pleasant bedside manner as well.

Inefficient. Useless exam.
