Expert care, Dr Tanya Fooks is the best! There are usually lots of patients waiting, but after my eye exam, I was left in another waiting room for almost an hour. It all worked out and I appreciated the last clerk checking to see if I had sunglasses, since I had my eye's dilated.

I have had eye problems my entire life. I have worn glasses since my early grammar school years. Within the past 5 years my vision had deteriorated horribly. One Opthamologist told me I was "legally blind", yet would not remove my cataracts. He said they were not "ripe" enough, and sold me a pair of glasses that did very little. I couldn't read, or watch television. I saw three different doctors for the cataracts, and no one wanted to remove them. They said they weren't ready to come out, and additionally they said I was high risk for surgery because I had breathing issues. While at a rehabilitation facility recovering from a fall I broke my glasses. I came across Dr Fooks on the internet, and her office was close to the facility. From the time of my first visit I was so impressed with the office staff and Dr Fooks. She is truly amazing. I had never had such a thorough examination. Dr Fooks was so knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. She immediately told me the cataracts were ready to come out, and she was not concerned about the anesthesia and surgery. Immediately after the first eye was done I could see so clear. Just had my final "post op" visit this past week and I am thrilled about how wonderful my vision is. Dr Fooks is the Best. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Dr Fooks!
