I was nervous because I knew my vision was struggling, and despite being 23, I have never been to the eye doctor and I'm so grateful I chose to come here because I loved it! I've never met more welcoming staff. Shannon was INCREDIBLE. I couldn't quite get one of the exams right and she was BEYOND patient and kind!! I never once felt uncomfortable or rushed like most places when you can't get something right after 19182 times (ha) she was a delight! Cannot stress it is enough. The doctor was incredible, helpful, thorough, Kind and took time to explain everything. Again so patient! I cannot wait for my prescription to come in so I can wear my new glasses.

Went in expecting the same attitude as so many eye care places (RUSHED). Only to be greeted with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Actually treated me like I was family, giving me a short tour of the facility. The exam was performed and actually explained to me (That is a first). Dr Jentzen, Shannon and Desarae "wow" is all I have for you three. Well worth the drive if I had more than two thumbs. Believe me they would be up for you three. Thanks for the amazing eye care, more so for the love you showed!!

The new DO that took over, Randal Jentzen, is exceptional. Took the time to explain the results of the exam in a calm, professional and reassuring manner. Really an old school experience in this day and age of highly compressed Dr. visits. The office has all the contemporary diagnostic equipment which combined with his chair-side professionalism made it my favorite healthcare related visit ever maybe. Highly recommend. Fairly inexpensive too. I chose to shop for glasses in a little more personalized shop, but I will continue to use their optometrist as my first choice.

When I came for my eye exam
And glasses I had a great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained the exam to me. The Dr. found a spot inside of my eye which I'm grateful for because now I know I need to keep an eye on it. The facility is clean and welcoming. I'll be going back very soon for contacts.

Horrible experience. Did the exam and they got it wrong 3 times. I have yet to receive my contacts they charged me for. I am very disappointed . Now they wont answer any of my calls. I will be filing a dispute with this company. I hardly advise you to never go here.

I was here the 13th of last month and still have no prescription for contacts or glasses and I paid in full. I have not been contacted I have not received a call to say the contacts they ordered are here for me to try.
