The entire office personnel is friendly, attentive and accommodating. The frame selection is impressive. The newly remodeled waiting area is tastefully designed and comfortable, even offering up a self serve coffee/tea bar should you need to wait (I didn't) Dr. Perry is sharp, considerate and takes the needed time to listen to questions and concerns. My appointment was prompt and complete. Consider adding a decaf coffee option.Thank you.

Great experience at Elite Eye Care- Dr. Casey Krug. Staff treated me well from start to finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable and EFFICIENT! I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes and was done completely in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the care and service I received at Elite Eye Care! As a new patient, I contacted them with some concerning symptoms and they got me in within a half hour. My symptoms turned out to be ok, but they also were characteristic of an eye emergency, and Dr. Perry did not want me to wait, so she fit me in immediately. Dr. Perry and her staff were kind, thorough and efficient, and I am happy to say that she is now my new eye doc!

I was a new patient to this practice. I came to Dr. Perry for help with my dry eye issues. The experience was very pleasant. The staff is welcoming, warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the practice. My technician did a very thorough eye exam, explaining every step as she performed each one. Dr. Perry is very personable and very easy to talk with. She took her time explaining what was causing my dry eye. She showed me pictures that were taken of my eyes and gave me a copy of each one to take home. She answered all of my questions very thoroughly.I left with a first step to try to help with my dry eye problem. I have a follow appointment to see how this is working, with an explanation of what next steps might be. I very much look forward to my next appointment and am very happy that I am one of Dr. Perry's patients.
