I've been a patient of Infocus using for a few years and I am very pleased with the service I get. I especially like the digital eye exam. I tried the virtual eye appointment on-site, even though I was apprehensive about it. The technician, Jessica, guided me through the whole process. She's wonderful. When I had questions, she had the answers. She provided me with some OTC drop samples and coupons to use at the local pharmacy to get more. She also searched for rebates on my contacts. Lastly, Jessica gave me the information to make a referral appointment at a retina specialist, and followed up to be sure that I was able to get an appointment. I've even followed up by phone afterwards with some additional technical questions and Jessica promptly & confidently gave me the information I was looking for, and reassured me on some concerns that I had. While the virtual service was fine, I would say that Jessica is a great asset to the team from a customer service and comfort preservative. Thank you so much InFocus!!

I went here because they were in network for my insurance and had the best online reviews. Everything went smoothly and it was my first time dealing with a tech and doctor that were both off site but in attendance via the outstanding technology. The staff at the location were polite and friendly and I look forward to getting my new glasses in the next few weeks. Overall a good experience.

I had a wonderful visit. The technicion was thorough and pleasant. Dr. Thurmond explained to me about my astigmatism and said he could make some tweaks to make my vision better with my new prescription. The man who fits the glasses was very patient and cheerful. A lovely experience.
