Even though we have a LensCrafters just 10 minutes from home, we happily make the 45-minute drive because of Allari. We first met her over two years ago, and she's been absolutely amazing ever since!

I have gone to Lens Crafters for about 3 years now and I am pleased with the staff, variety of eyewear, professionalism of the doctors, and the cleanliness of the office. The first thing I look for in any place is cleanliness and the level of professionalism of the receptionist and the overall staff. I am pleased and that is the only reason I do business there. If those qualities ever change, I will be looking for me another Optometrist and eye care center. How you treat me and other customers in my presence is very important to me. These folks have always done a really good job for me. Last year I went with the optical service associated with my eye doctor and retina specialist practice. I got inexpensive frames so I could afford lenses that had most of the bells and whistles. This year I spent the same or slightly more, within $20, and I have 2 pair of glasses and not the cheapest frames. They worked with me to get glasses that I needed and wanted. My vision is bad and I wanted glasses that help with seeing the computer and an everyday pair. Stephen was extremely helpful and he found the best deal for me.

From the moment I walked through the door, pleasant and clean atmosphere.Thorough eye examination from DeeDee & Dr. Ritter. Dr. Ritter explained all areas of my eyes and answered my questions with patience.
After I paid for my eye examination and turned around Allory was approaching me from the eye glass center. OMG, she greeted me with the most amazing smile and made me feel so special! Her patience and mild laid back manner is truly awesome! I told her I had intentions of asking for Eric, (which she introduced me to, also very pleasant )because of reviews I'd read online. She smiled and said he is good along with the rest of the staff.
When your eye examination and glasses are needed you cannot go wrong with LensCrafters Burlington!!

Service was wonderful for my son. He bought 3 pair and got 2 already. Saturday evening right before you closed he received a text saying the 3rd pair was ready. Why couldn't someone have let him know that before you were closing? That is poor customer service. He needed them for work. Now has to drive back to Burlington on Monday after work.

During my first visit, the young immaculately groomed gentleman took his time to assist me with a choice of frames. For him I would have a rating of 5 stars. However, when I returned to pick them up, the young woman who brought dirty glasses to me told me that eyeglass cleaner was $3.99 , and that I could use the sleeve that the glasses came in as a cloth. Did I not just spend hundreds of dollars there? Dirty lenses seriously? Never again.
Udate: I received an automated " contact us , let's resolve this" email. I responded, and was told I would receive a response from the store manager within 5 days. That did not happe.
