I just came from having a not so great experience here, and it sucks because the last time I came they were actually nice. I come to get my glasses fixed because the screw keeps coming out on one side, I've been here twice before to do the same thing. The lady walks up to me and doesn't even have the glasses in her hand before saying "I'm going to tell you right now those are broke" after explaining that they are not she goes to the back to have the doctor fix them. I also ask them to print out my prescription, instead of coming to the front to ask for my information, she screams the questions from the back and has me yell my information to her... they can't find my previous visit and she tries to tell me I haven't had an eye exam since 2017 and I'm 100% positive I've been to this location recently. Turns out they don't even have my record under the right name... I've come here been seen by a doctor, given my insurance, and paid for my glasses but my my information was under a different name because they spelled it wrong... yeah won't be coming back here.

Everyone was super friendly and efficient at every appointment! They even helped me pick out what frames suited my face the best. I highly recommend!

Doctor Dickey was very professional and informative. He had a pleasant personality. The optician Brian was awesome! He made sure I had the best frames for my face. He went over and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Thank you!

We had a great experience at our eye appointments. They took my husband & I together and made our first visit so comfortable.Dr. Couch & Dr.Corbin were very informative & our techs Reagan& Taylor were fun & professional. And not to forget Brian also ,thank you so much for your help.

Best My Eye Doctor I have been too in years!!! So helpful and so sweet. Reagan was my opt. Tech and talked me through everything. Brian was my optican and he was able to help me replace my lenses in my regular glasses and sunglasses. He did not push me into new frames and I loved that I get to pick the glasses/sunglasses I love!! Thank you

WARNING: Fraudulent Billing and Deceptive In-Network Practices This is an official complaint regarding MyEyeDr and its billing practices, which are deceptive and potentially fraudulent. I have BCBS insurance, which covers a free routine eye exam annually. I received an exam on February 3rd. I did not receive an invoice until the beginning of September--a completely unacceptable delay. The invoice contained two glaring errors in coding. First, it claimed I had no eye exam coverage (false). Second, and most egregious, it coded the service as "Out of Network." This is where the deceit and misleading practices occur: The MyEyeDr office is in-network, but the specific doctor I saw was NOT in network, and this crucial information was NEVER disclosed to me. Failing to inform a patient that the provider they are seeing is out-of-network, despite the location being in-network, is highly misleading and, in my view, constitutes a fraudulent billing attempt. The fact that the doctor was not even present in person was already a significant red flag, and this deceitful billing confirms my suspicions about their business model. I relied on the representation that I was receiving a covered in-network service. The lack of transparency regarding the doctor's network status is UNACCEPTABLE, unethical, and a terrible way to treat patients. Patients should be warned: DO NOT trust their "in-network" status without confirming the individual doctor's contract first. DO NOT TRUST MYEYEDR!

I had a great first experience at myeyeDr! loved that I was able to secure an appointment within a week and by registering online. Taylor, the tech was very friendly and efficient with the many tests and for getting the doctor on the ipad for the virtual appointment. I was hesitant about doing a virtual appointment, but it was very easy and I got to meet Dr. Gabr, who was extremely nice and listened to me. She gave me great eye health advice. We took a break to try a different couple contact brands. She came back on and wrote me 2 contact prescriptions for me to trial and decide. Bryan helped me with pricing. I love that I received paper and online prescriptions. The patient portal is great.

This was my first time coming here. I was referred by a friend and I must admit the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They talk with you and make you feel comfortable. Everyone was so nice and I love the office atmosphere. It's not noisy. Everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an Eye Doctor. A big shout out to Bridgett, Brenda, and Brooke!! Thank you so much for everything!!
