Aldridge Eye Institute O.D.P.A.

I had an eye emergency and called Aldridge for the first time. I was very pleased with how quickly they got me in, and the doctor's services were great. I also had a snafu with my health insurance and their insurance department stepped right up and is intervening with my insurance company to clear up the matter. I really appreciate their efficiency and excellent service in this regard. I am now going to be using them as my regular eye doctor.

All the staff welcome , Cindy in eyewear is usually the first one to greet me but they all make you feel comfortable and that you're at a place you'll be taken well care of. Beth is my contact lens person and she treats me like family, Dr. Smith is incredible they have all the latest equipment and I feel like everyone is professional and knowledgeable and I always get a thorough exam. The girls in the eyewear department has amazing inventory and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I've been going here since the day they opened. Absolutely no reason to ever go anywhere else.

I was very impressed! I saw Dr. Haile and he was so nice professional and he explained things very well. I did not feel like I was being rushed through for him to get onto the next patient. He took his time in order to give me accurate information. I was also impressed with the facility and all the technology they have to give the best outcome. The staff was also very nice. And not a lot of people think about this, but I am in a wheelchair and the building was very accessible and the rooms or easy to get into, That in itself is a good reason for me to go back. You don't find that very often.

I came to Aldridge Eye Institute after having a not so great experience with another office in Asheville. From the second I walked through the doors at Aldridge I knew I had found my eye doctor and loved being back with a small town healthcare provider. To me there is nothing better than small town charm, the entire staff was so kind and friendly. I felt like the exam was so thorough and I experienced tests and new technology that I had never seen before to really get the full "vision" of my eyes and their health. Dr. Moore was great and took the time to discuss the results and I left feeling like everything was discussed and all of my questions were answered. Next I moved to the optical center to discuss lenses/frames and again the staff there was outstanding! My appointment ended with staff manning the checking out desk and they made sure to discuss my benefits used and my fees and again were so friendly and helpful. If you need an eye doctor I highly recommend Aldridge Eye Institute and I am so glad to have found them!

Dr. Haile is so personable and did such a thorough exam. I can't wait to see him again next year! Definitely recommended!

Everyone including reception, the person who started the exam, Dr Halle and the person completing my billing and payment were friendly, helpful, professional and , informative. The person checking my insurance coverage went out of her way to fully provide all the coverage possible. My condition and the health of my eyes was explained in detail by Dr. Halle who was extremely helpful. State of the art exam.

Dr. Haile was professional and answered all my questions thoroughly! Loved the staff's energy as well. 10/10

Everyone was wonderful from start to finish!! I especially loved Tammy. She never rushed me while I tried to decide about my frames. Which took a while I would highly recommend Aldridge Eye to anyone!! Robin Crowder
