The practice and customer service is rapidly doing down in the Clinton office. Between the overbooking, rude associates, poor communication each visit gets worst. Of course nothing is like it was 23yrs ago. But, I do remember when Dr. Raynor brung this office to Clinton. The care, customer service was phenomenal. Very sad to see the poor customer service that's delivered, and no one seems to care; not only that but how does the associates not understand the patients insurance.
Verifying coverage should be the easiest step. I was told my husband wasn't on my coverage I knew for certain he was. Soon as I was out the door call my insurance and he is covered. I am baffled. My families last visit to this office!!!

My wife and I are new in town and we have been looking for an Eye doctor. We need not look no further. Even though it took us a couple of months to get in it was well worth the wait. The staff from the front door to the exit door were very helpful and courteous. Doc Mary Elizabeth was delightful, knowledgeable and more importantly, she spoke in layman terms. We feel blessed that we found these guys!

Great patient service. Wonderful staff and Doctor Huggins is great. Great doc to patient personality. Staff is very good at explaining cost of services and absolutely no long waits (which is rare now a days). Love this clinic and would highly recommend. I'd give 10 Stars!!

EDIT in response the the Providers reply:
1) YOU sent an email confirmation at 6:07pm to CONFIRM my appointment the next day, so clearly you didn't attempt to reschedule my appt on the evening of 8/7.
2) Not everyone lives on social media, so that isn't an adequate notification for your customers.
Had an appointment scheduled for 8/8, have been waiting for MONTHS. I called on 8/7 to ensure the office would still be open on 8/8 due to the storm that was rolling in. The lady that answered the phone stated they still plan on being open but in the event they decided to close, they would call everyone and let them know. Well, here it is 9:45am on 8/8 & I've not heard from anyone, so I called to double check. Only to be met with a message stating they are closed due to the weather. Had I not called, I would have shown up for my appointment only to find them closed. If the tables were turned & I didn't show up for my appointment with no heads up, I would be charged a no show fee. This is unacceptable poor customer service.

So you can't enter through the corner lobby anymore. Both doors were locked today. You have to go in through the glasses store entrance, but you still check in at the counter in the lobby/waiting area. Today was my second time ever at the eye doctor. Overall, everyone was kind. My appointment lasted about an hour.

My son and I both had appointments and we both had great experiences. From check in to check out everyone we came in contact with was nice and helpful. The main thing I like was that no one tried to force us to purchase glasses and they didn't try to tell us we need to put all this extra stuff on our glasses.

Dr Raynor is great! He listens to you and he is friendly and joking the whole time. This is the most thorough eye dr I have ever been to and I've been doing this for 25 years. His staff is excellent and showed me the different ways i could use my insurance benefits to help me the most.
