This practice, and the entire staff is wonderful! There was no waiting. The staff provided efficient service and care, and everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. This isn't the first time I have been here and it will not be the last. I wish I could remember all their names to give them each their own "shout out". From reception to checkout, the service was friendly and efficient. It never felt rushed or fake. Robin, the optician, is helpful and patient and was willing and able to assist with picking out frames. I felt like I was with a friend who had known me for years.

My appointment was for 10:15 am. I arrived 10 minutes early. I sat in the boring, uncomfortable (no music or tv) waiting room. After 30 minutes of waiting with not even an apology or explanation for the lateness I let the receptionist know I was leaving and not coming back.Note- no one followed up with me to apologize or try to reschedule proving they don't care. This was a follow up for an appointment I had 6 months prior. At that appointment I went through all the testing etc and no one including the Dr gave me any feedback AT ALL! Just said I'll see you in 6 months. Not a very good experience at all. Both appointments.

I suspect Dr Patel is an excellent physician but I resent seeing him over an hour after my scheduled appt. Its consistent: well over an hour every time. The nurses and staff are lovely. But either he overbooks, or doesnt care. Regardless, its rude and frustrating.

As always, my visit was pleasant and the word streamlined comes to mind. No waiting, staff kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Capps is always cordial, takes time to explain and answer questions. I left feeling hopeful - confident that he knows his business, and that his treatment plan will soon provide improvement for my vision issues. Thanks to you all!

Everyone was so kind and attentive... the doctor was very thorough and made me feel comfortable... also liked the care I received by Lisa in the optical department...so great that when finished with my eye exam, I could step to the optical department without leaving the building and get my prescription filled! It was a great visit!

I was made to wait more than 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with Dr. Capps. When I checked in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I asked if they were running on time and was told indeed they were. Despite this representation i continued to wait and wait. I was going to reschedule because I had allocated one and a half hours for the appointment, which is the longest they said it would take, but when I Was speaking with the receptionist about rescheduling, she was unpleasant, not understanding, barely apologetic, and had absolutely no information about why I was having to wait so long or whether that was a regular occurrence in this office. I ultimately opted not to reschedule and to take my business elsewhere, given the lack of professionalism all around. I also had a less than stellar experience last year with my mother's appointment and today was simply further confirmation that this is not the place I would recommend. Terrible customer service with a very unprofessional staff.

Dr. Capps and his staff are wonderful. From the reception desk to the exam room to check out, all are all super friendly. Dr. Capps assistants are all knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room and bathroom are very clean. I would highly recommend this practice. My husband is also a patient and just recently needed permanent glasses. The glasses practice attached to Dr. Capps' office is awesome too. One stop shopping. This is so convenient.

The office made a new patient appointment for me immediately after I sustained a chemical irritation. Everyone from Dr. Capps to the entire staff was very kind, competent, efficient and empathic. Even the short wait was pleasant. I'm an MD and these are my new doctors.
