Great experience today with the Eden location! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Kaylie was my technician, she was so sweet & nice. She walked me through every procedure that was done and explained what would take place. Brooke was my optician, also so sweet & nice. If you are looking somewhere new to go for an Eye Dr. be sure to check them out! 5 stars for the whole team at the Eden location! Highly recommend!

Absolutely Incredible Experience! I cannot say enough amazing things about this eye doctor's office! From the second I walked in, I was treated like royalty. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and beyond professional -- they made check-in effortless and actually made me feel excited about being there. The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. Truly exceptional. Thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. I never once felt rushed -- they took their time to answer every single question and made sure I understood my options completely. The entire office runs like a perfectly tuned machine -- organized, efficient, spotless, and friendly. It's rare to find a medical team that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness so seamlessly. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Hands down the best eye care experience I've ever had. Highly, highly recommend!

My technician was Kaylie and she was awesome. She explained everything in detail to me. The optician was Brooke and I have had in the past really bad looks for glasses, but not this time. I LOVE the glasses she helped pick out for me! Overall experience hands down with staff and manager was truly the best customer service!

My husband and I enjoyed our eye appointment. I have never said that before. The atmosphere was so calm and bright the girls Crystal Kaylee Brooke all of them were so pleasant! The experience was very different and pleasant. We both found the glasses that we wanted they knew all about the insurance and all the perks that comes with the insurance, that was very gratifying it was our first time there we were normally Walmart shoppers for glasses but since the my eye doctor took our insurance it gave us all the parameters that we didn't always get with Walmart. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Great experience! All the ladies were great. Kaylie the technician was awesome! The eye doctor was virtual but all the test were the same. Brooke the optician said it best. Same experience you just can't shake the doctor's hand!!

All of the staff was very friendly, Especially Amber! My optician, Brooke was very thorough and answered all my questions. Very nice staff all around. I had to do a video call with the Dr which was new to me but overall worked very well and my prescription is perfect. Thank you everyone! Also I saw someone review that making an appointment was hard, I had 0 troubles making my appointment online I even made my husbands appointment as well and all together took less than 2 minutes. Very easy and fast!

Everyone was super nice from start to finish. Very thorough and walked me through every step. I appreciate them taking the extra time and not rushing me through like a big box store. I appreciate the manager, Crystal my technician was Amber and Kaylee. And my optician was Brooke with the front desk being Miss Amy.

The staff are amazing. They were upbeat and explained everything. No surprise costs and very knowledgeable about the needs of the customer. I love going there. Amy, Crystal, Amber, Kaylie and Brooke very good at what they do and should be commended for their skills.
