I was early for my appointment, but I only waited five minutes. The eye tests from the tech were quick and knowledgeable. Pictures were taken of the back of my eyes that could show if I had any further issues. Barbara Desmone was the Optician that I saw today. She was very thorough and professional. Ms Desmone is a delight! The whole visit was enjoyable. I know they accept patients based on insurance. However, I would definitely recommend Triangle Visions in Havelock!

Absolutely wonderful staff with state of the art equipment on site! Dr. John is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over in detail all his findings. I never feel rushed when being seen! Reception staff are respectful and very knowledgeable of insurance procedures. They have so many frames to choose from with very affordable prices!!! 10/10 would recommend.

Doctor John was great up to the point of paying of the order for new glasses which they never emailed me the receipt. The cost seemed a little high and I called my insurance carrier for clarification after paying. I went back to discuss it and the office representative says with an attitude it is illegal to file one claim to 2 different insurances. Research proves this to be false and must be an office policy. Its called a primary and secondary coverage. Would not even check the cost if using other insurance as primary as was most correct instead. Refund my money and will NOT recommend this place! Saved over $200 by going down the street.

This place is an absolute embarrassment of an establishment. I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance and showed up to my appointment only to be greeted by two very unprofessional and disrespectful employees telling me they cancelled my appointment and that they tried to contact me to confirm my appointment. I never received any phone calls or emails. They also proceeded to lie to me saying my phone number was not up to date along with my insurance. I had to take off work and drive an hour to this appointment only to waste my time and be treated so terribly by staff. Do not ever go to this location. This location needs to be shut down immediately.
