Dr.Hughes is wonderful, as is his staff! His office and ability is like a big town doctor only we are blessed to have him to ourselves in our small town. He is a busy man so try not to wait until it's an urgent need or, like me, when it's real close to being urgent.
Also, Dr. Hughes is a member of the Lions Club so he is very active in his community.

We are visiting Hiawassee and our son lost a contact as soon as we arrived. I called and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us a trial pair of lenses. If they will do this for a visitor, I have no doubt they will take excellent care of their patients. Go see them! The nicest people!!

Not accepting new patients and won't respond to an eye emergency. Only working part time. Won't accept perscription for glasses from other Doctors. If your with him now great but so much for serving the community.
