Clear View Optical

I called to schedule an appointment because they showed up on my insurances website as in network, and then I was told they don't cover my insurance, but when I was asking questions about why they showed up on the website if they don't cover I got hung up on before I could even finish the question and I just don't appreciate the rudeness and lack of hospitality. Good thing my insurance doesn't cover them I guess, doesn't seem like somewhere I'd want to visit.

The doctor was very attentive and thorough. The shop has really cute frames. My glasses look and feel great. Thanks for a hassle free process! Definitely recommend them.

This was my first visit to Clear View Optical. Everyone there was so pleasant. Dr Mason was very good and did quick work. The front desk gal complimented me saying I did not look my age she said I looked 55. I told her I loved her. The two girls that helped me get my glasses, try them, on measure me and laugh the entire time with me. Not at me but with me I truly appreciated that. It is the belief that people my age don't know what they're doing or don't know what they're saying or are old fuddy-duddies but these girls treated me wonderfully. I enjoyed my visit and I compliment them all on jobs well done. I recommend Clear View Optical.! Juanita

I went here for my first pair of glasses ever. Had a great experience. The one thing I want to say is the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was awesome! So nice! She really seemed to care about the kind of glasses that were right for me in style. I had to go back for something later, and she was just as nice then! Looking forward to my next exam! :)

I was told that the dr wouldn't see me anymore cause I had used a online thing to get contacts and the online exam the dr handle it very unprofessional and was loud and rude and even came out into the main area being loud in front of others I know he had retired once maybe if he has a problem with people getting products from the internet he may need to retire again some people don't have the. Only to run to the dr every time unfortunately

Wow! I just had the BEST eye exam I have ever had by Dr. Mason, who is friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. He did a very thorough exam of my eyes, including taking the time to go over photos of the inside of my eyes, explaining in detail and in terms I could understand what we were looking at. Dr. Mason treated me like I was an important patient and did not rush through the exam and Amy in the glasses boutique did not pressure me to make a purchase from their selection of glasses and she was very sweet . I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a doctor that doesn't rush through the eye exam and takes the time to discuss your eye health. Great experience!

Best eye exam I've had in years. The folks at Clear View really take care of each & every patient. Make you feel comfortable & don't rush through the exam. And when you are ready to pick out your new glasses there is no pressure. It's refreshing to visit an office where you are treated so well. If you're not feeling the love at your optometrist office please give these folks a try. Afterwards you won't go anywhere else.
