I really love this location. I have had a great experience each time - once a year ago - and then again today. Both times I have done the virtual doctor in order to get an appointment quickly. I was super nervous about that - but I feel like they go so in depth with the eye exam that there is no way anything is missed. The tech a year ago was Lamar. He has a fantastic attitude and I felt well taken care of. Today I worked with Brittany (the tech). If you havent had the pleasure - shes got EXCELLENT dad jokes. She was so thorough and efficient I thought that shed done the job for YEARS. I also had the pleasure of being helped by Jennie at check out. I am never able to find cute glasses that fit my face. She found me THE CUTEST pair of glasses I have ever been able to wear. I cannot wait till they are ready for pick up. Additionally, I did not know that MyEyeDoctor will work with you to find the perfect contact lens fit. I am super excited to (hopefully) finally find a pair of contacts that doesnt make me want to claw my eyes out. Thank yall so much!! 10/10 - will be visiting again!!

Brittany is an absolute gem! She has the most sparkling personality and immediately makes you feel comfortable the moment you meet her. Somehow she manages to make an eye appointment actually enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in what she does. The office is lucky to have her!

Zero stars. Do not recommend at all. Drive to Greensboro would be faster service. Appointment at 11 am. Sign in front desk at 10:40 ( 1 person waitingin lobby, not busy). Was taken back at 11:50, again appointment was for 11 am. 3 minutes for questions and quick eye check by helper then waiting again. 12:05 see doctor, 12:25 done, pay and out at 12:30 finally. The appointment shouls be FREE due to my time being wasted. Basic eye exam, didn't get anything at end. Spent enough time here. Will buy on line. Receptionist didn't mention at all when signing in that far behind. After waiting 40 min past appointment asked receptionist if they forgot about me. Was told doctor running a little behind. Terrible scheduling and customer service.

I am always very pleased with Dr. Johnson and the entire staff. Today my son and I tried the virtual visit and our tech Brittany was outstanding and hilarious. Sheena was fantastic as well! I was honestly a little concerned about the virtual visit before trying it but I would definitely be willing to do it again, especially with the phenomenal techs at MyEyeDr in Madison, NC! It was just as thorough, if not more so, than any of my other "regular" office visits.

Brittany and Jennie were fantastic in taking care of me during my appointment. Brittany was very detailed in my exam, and Jennie took extra time with me finding the perfect glasses. I recommend anyone going to see them for your next eye exam

Brittany was especially awesome!! Her dad jokes are top tier and had me laughing the whole exam. The doctor also did a terrific job explaining and thoroughly answering the few questions I had. I really appreciate the time being taken to make sure I understood the answer and explanation. All of the staff were great but I had to call Brittany out specifically. This was my second annual visit and I already cannot wait for next year's visit.

Jennie was great. I really appreciate her working with me on changing my mind on my first order, most people would get annoyed. She has wonderful customer relations skills.

Brittany was awesome! She made you feel very welcomed and made sure your needs were met! She kept a smile on your face with her bubbly personality and the jokes she told!
