I have called the office and left a message and requested an appointment online. That was a week ago and neither request resulted in a call back or an email. Both request have been ignored. Obviously they are not interested or professional enough to follow up. I mentioned that my wife is a patient there thinking that would be of some help. I will move on and take my wife with me. Definitely not impressed, only gave them one star because it was the least I could give them.

My last eye exam was over 3 years ago, and I use to see Dr. Owens. He's great! Since it's been a bit, I got in with a new doctor, Dr. Thornton, and she was wonderful too! The doctors and office staff are wonderful, caring, and polite! I also wanted to mention, Monica, the lady up front who helps check patients out & orders their eye wear, was phenomenal. She was so caring, and was very patient and understanding of my needs, but also was able to help me with the budget I had for my new glasses. Thank you!

Discourteous and unorganized Service, Command with a total refusal to schedule an appointment more than a couple of months in advance means you're never gonna get an appointment anywhere close to when you need one. I would suggest finding an actual eye doctor.

I called this office today while experiencing an emergency eye issue and they had me in the intake room within 20 minutes. The entire staff is extremely professional and kind. Dr. Owen explained everything in detail and made me feel much better during a scary situation. Absolutely the best optometrists office I have ever been to!

I'll give it two stars because the doctors are phenomenal, truly. And the girl who works the front desk is extremely sweet. However, I am never able to get anyone to call me back and when I call to place an order for my contacts, the phone DOESN'T EVEN RING, it goes straight to voicemail. It has been an ongoing issue to not be able to get into touch with these people over the past year and I will not be going to this doctors office anymore. It's frustrating when you're out of contacts and all you need is to speak to someone on the phone and you can't even get that.

At my annual visit with Mt. Airy Vision Center, I had a very pleasant experience with the staff and Dr. Bradbury! The staff was so friendly and nice and Dr. Bradbury was very professional but also made sure I understood everything about my eye examination and diagnosis. The staff was very nice with helping me pick out frames and even gave me plenty of time to pick out the frames I like. No rush and no pressure!! It was such a great visit!!!!
