Dr. Daniel M. Eichenbaum, MD

Every time I bring my mom to see him, it is an all day affair. They have absolutely no respect for your time and you might be seen 4 hours after your appointment time. It is ridiculous and extremely disrespectful.

It's ridiculous. You have an appointment at 11:40 and I'm sitting here at 2:40 and have not seen the doctor yet but yet he is sitting there with a patient right before me talking about nonsense for half an hour where he could be Serving patients.

The MOST unprofessional Doctor's office that I have ever experienced. Although the staff is pleasant enough, they make no excuses for continually running 2-4 hours late to cram as many Medicaid patients into a day as possible. It is an obvious "Cash Cow" for the benefit of the proprietor/Dr! Such greed is unbecoming and disheartening despite his accolades as a Practitioner

I'm so grateful to have this office in town! I got bug ran into my eye and scratched my cornea so bad, I couldn't see, blink or open my eye it was so painful! It happened late and I called to Dr. Eichenbaum office at 6 am in a morning and left a voicemail that I have an emergency. He called me back right away and told me to come to the office. I went there as soon as they opened and dr's staff helped me right away!! They were able to see injury and treat me right away with medicine and bandage contact lens. I came to see doctor next day and he was great! Definitely the best and professional doctor around and his office staff is the best!!

I can't say enough about Dr. Dan, JoAnn & the rest of the staff. We had a situation last week when my Retina detached on the weekend, my wife called 1st thing Monday morning & said it was an emergency & we were in from out of town & JoAnn said come in we are waiting on you to get there. They are a busy office for good reason, they are good at what they do & the other patients received us well & spoke highly of Dr. Dan & staff. We waited our turn they did extensive testing to find out what happened & then helped us make arrangements to go to Georgia Retina Center for emergency surgery to save my right eye then back to Dr. Dan for a follow up the next day. All are extremely happy at this point so only time will tell. Blessed with the Best, right place at the right times! Thank You! We will be forever customers! Had a second surgery for cataracts 2/5/25 by Dr Eichenbaum & he did the surgery at Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital in Murphy, NC. Tina, Dr Eichenbaum's assistant was a blessing in helping us make arrangements to get the surgery done along with the other staff! Truly Blessings & Extremely appreciative to all! Thank You All.

I was impressed with the whole staff and Dr. Eichenbaum. Very grateful for the service they provided. The ladies at the front and the ladies who performed the tests were very nice and professional. Can't say enough about Dr. Eichenbaum who answered my call the night before and let me come as a walk in . He was caring and very thorough. An excellent doctor. Everyone at the office worked very hard during the hours I was there. There were lots of patients and they took care of all of us. Thank you.

I was surprised that he was not willing to help me, I was recommended to Dr.Eichenbaum by a few people they said he works with people that does not have a lot of money. I called today cuz my left eye is very hazy and I'm not seeing out of it very well and it hurts and the front desk, I explained I just started work but it would be3 weeks before I got a check and unfortunately I'm in the homeless shelter until I get a few pay checks but I'm having severe migraines, and I was told to call back when I get some money in my hand well in three weeks I could be blind who knows, but I wanted to thank the staff at his office for having some empathy for my situation and I'll be sure to call back in a months time when I get some money in my hand. This is not the place to go if you are looking for a little help make sure you have money in hand, thank you.

Dr. Dan is a good Dr. However he certainly needs to get some help. The time before this last visit we had to wait 7 hours before getting to see him. This last time which was on 17 April 23, I had appointment scheduled for 0830. I was the second person to sign in at 0800. At was 0930 before I was dilated and at 1145 my wife and left. We observed many patient going in and out of his office, people that came in way after I did. We decided we're not going to wait another 7 to 8 hours so we left.
