Dr. Amos Willis

Drove up from Florida to take my Grandmother here for eye surgery today. The receptionist called yesterday to confirm & let my Grandmother know what she can/can't eat & what medications she should avoid. Her appointment is scheduled for 11:30am we arrived early at 11. At 11:45am Dr Amos came out to inform us he did not have the proper instruments to perform the SCHEDULED surgery. His wife sat behind the desk took my grandmother's insurance cards & handled paperwork, while complaining that so&so didn't show up for work so I guess they're short staffed. They are an appointment only office & have a woman who does scheduling from home, I called to speak to Debbie the wife & got the at home receptionist. You would think they would not schedule a surgery if they don't have the proper equipment. I get mistakes happen but this is a huge red flag & the blatant disrespect for other people's time is what has prompted this 1 star review. I would not recommend them after this incident no way to run a business.
