Super quick and kind staff. Kersten and Jewel helped me and my doctor knew my history and was easy to talk to and received great care. Professional, helpful and offered pictures instead of dialation. 10/10!

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis Sr since I was a teen and I'm now 42. We moved away an hour and I have driven back to him for all my eye needs. I've not found another doctor that truly cares about his patients like him. I've never had an issue with rude staff or any issues that were not resolved in a timely fashion. My husband as well as all my children at patients there as well. I have nothing but good things to say.

So far the only thing I have done with them is safety glasses. They have been slow but very professional and polite. Will update you when I receive them

I have been a life long patient but I'm writing for my parents who are 79 and 77 years old. They are also life long patients. My mother had the flu and forgot about their 2 back to back appointments. When she later called to reschedule they were told they would have to pay 25 each for the cancellation fee. They ask if anyone called to remind them of the appointment. They were told yes but there was no answer. No one bothered to call back. My parents ask if they would waive the 25.00 fee for each. The receptionist who was very nice said she would ask. She called back and said Dr. Davis said "No Exceptions" ! I understand if they were patients that were habitual about canceling. My parents never miss appointment and due to sickness it was an honest mistake. If that 50.00 means so much to them then Lord Help them! They just lost at least 5 patients in my family that won't be back. Greed will catch up with you!!

Literally if I could leave 0 stars I would...but I give 1. Ordered glasses THREE MONTHS AGO. Met with excuse after excuse every time we checked on the glasses . They were back ordered . They were out of stock. Back ordered again. Oh they came in but were scratched so sent back and shocker....back ordered . Then when they finally had them - they didn't call. Had to call and ask and lo and behold omg they're ready...like was anyone gonna call? Horrible experience and hope to never have to go here or order here again. We will just pay cash somewhere our insurance doesn't pay for rather than go back.

My frames broke so I went in to Newton eye Care. The receptionist Brandi was very helpful & Evelyn spent at least an hour with me to try to find an appropriate pair. Inexpensive. She was very very nice

It was very overpriced, and the customer service was horrible! The front desk ladies were very rude. I literally stood waiting to be checked in for over 5 minutes as multiple ladies looked at me and then looked away to continue whatever they were doing. There was no acknowledgment of me even standing there. They mixed up the details of my husband and I's exam and prescriptions. However, the doctor was very nice and thorough. The staff is going to kill the business!

I don't understand for the life of me why this is 3 stars. The hands down best experience I've ever had. Friendly staff very clean environment and honestly the most accurate prescription I've ever had. I've been wearing contacts for over 10 years I thought seeing 20/20 is 20/20. I don't know why because I'm not an eye doctor but these are the most comfortable contacts and best seeing vision I've ever had. This is the place to be. Very efficient and quick but thorough at the same time. They even helped me with my rebate and pointed me in the direction of useful coupons for my needs. Your loss if you go anywhere else.
