New Century Ophthalmology

I had an appointment for today, but the place is closed and nobody contacted me to let me know they weren't going to be working. I drove an hour for nothing.I called 4 times and they didn't answer.

Last week I had upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Sumeet Jindal. My entire experience was pleasant. The staff was always friendly, helpful and caring. I felt like each person who I worked with "saw me". They listened. They answered questions and did all they could to make me comfortable. The day of my surgery the nurse was incredible! I even told her in the room that her demeanor was lovely and calming. I really appreciated her. Dr. Jindal is extremely talented at his work. I could tell after my first appointment with him that I was in good hands. The procedure was smooth with very little discomfort. He was gentle. The healing period went fine. The ointment that was prescribed was "gold". I had almost no pain. The ointment helped with eye irritation over the first few days. I put cool packs on my eyes daily which I highly recommend. It's soothing and helps reduce swelling. For my follow-up appointment to remove stitches I barely felt a thing. Again, Dr. Jindal was gentle and precise. I am very, very happy with how my eyelids are healing and what they look like so far. I feel confident if I had any follow-up questions or concerns I could call and they would take care of me.

This office needs to get a lot more organized. Dr. Jindal should not be double booking appointments. My appointment was for 9:00 AM. I was never seen. I had to leave after 50 minutes of waiting and there were two other patients in front of me. Unfortunately, when I asked why I was waiting so long to be seen the receptionist told me that they double book because of cataract surgery patients. I would suggest that they take the patients time into consideration when making appointments. All of our time is important, not just the Dr's.

This practice has the best team. Dr. Jindal is superb at his work. I was told by Duke that I had to wait till January for cataract surgery but my husband and I were googling Opthalmologists and he clicked on Dr. Jindal's picture and I called and got an appointment. My vision was so impaired I was almost blind. Dr. Jindal got me in within a week for my first surgery and I was so happy afterwards that I cried happy tears. I'd recommend him and his practice to anyone. Thank you, Dr. Jindal. You're my favorite Doctor.

I can't say enough amazing things about New Century Opthomology! I am so very grateful to have found Dr Jindal and his his stellar team, especially Jeanne Champion and Adriana Valencia! In a day and age when customer service and good bedside manner are a thing of the past, they were always available to help me with any questions and never lost patience with me. Always highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated, they kept me informed while helping me feel supported and safe. It is very clear that Dr Jindal takes great care with whom he has represent him and that he values the personal approach with his patients. I have not only found an expert and a master cataract surgeon but also a solid support system that surpasses any experience I've had in recent history. Thank you to the staff and to Dr. Jindall. I found from a Google search and I could not have been happier with my experience. Dr. Jindall took such good care of me with a somewhat serious situation and I felt so reassured when I left that everything was going to be okay. Front my first interaction with the front office to the staff along the way, they were all so sweet and friendly and one of the staff even let me hold her hand as I was very nervous with the laser surgery but it wasn't bad at all. Thank you all!!!

Great place for Cataract surgery. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Jindal to friends and family. I was so happy to be able to turn over and see my wife it felt like seeing her for the first time. Excellent place for any ophthalmology needs!

I have been seen by Dr. Jindal and his wonderful staff for 7 years now. It began when I had a problem with my retina, and he did surgery. It was detached and his extreme skills saved my sight in my left eye. This past two weeks, I had a dislocated cataract lens (not done by NCO) and Dr. Jindal has operated and I am doing very well! If I could give 10 STARS for excellence, I would!
