I had my first eye exam since I was child here recently and it was amazing. The staff was very kind and empathetic to my anxiety issues. Dr. Poindexter was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I've known my eyesight has been getting worse for a while. The young lady at the eye glass counter was super helpful with picking out glasses as I've never had any before. I was surprised how quickly they got me in for an exam.I'm really glad I decided to go with this practice. Thanks again all of you. It's not always easy for me to go to offices but you made it easy.

Dr. Keel and her assistant(s) made my recent visit most pleasant. Great feedback on my eye exam and I don't need to come back for 6 months! Hope my eyes continue to hold where they are and/or improve by my next appointment. Thank you!

Spectrum Eye Care's staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable with making patients feel comfortable and at ease. Doctor Michele P. Keel, O.D. Has attended to me for the past three years. Doctor Keel has a wonderful doctor to patient manner. I would recommend Doctor Keel if your looking for an excellent eye care specialist.

Dr. Poindexter is the best eye doctor I've ever had, and I've worn glasses and/or contacts since I was a young child. The whole staff is so friendly in administering the very thorough tests before he sees the patient. A very positive experience!

I have been going to spectrum eye center for several years now. The service is always top notch, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When I leave I feel like I have gotten the best service and all of my questions answered. They stay busy so you might have to wait but that's because when they are with you they take their time and don't rush. They are worth the wait.

Got in a few minutes earlier than my scheduled appt. It was Halloween and many of the staff were in costume, which made the visit enjoyable. Dr. P and staff are always efficient and professional, and personable.

Eye exam experience was great as always until I went to pay my bill and was surprised to be told how much my bill, the bill that has been $10 under my vision insurance was now more than 100. I was told that the vision insurance $10 no longer applied because my annual vision exam was medical due to tracking cataracts. Thus was no different than in years past. They have been watching the "baby cataracts" for years and I only paid my $10 copay. I understand paying for the additional test they ran at the end but to disregard the $10 copay for the rest of the annual visit, especially with no prior notification was ridiculous
