The folks here are amazing! My old doc couldn't see me for a week or more for an emergency visit, but this team got me in super fast! Dr. Wells is my favorite eye dr. it's been a long time since I had one of those.

I cannot recommend this business or Dr. Wells. The glasses provided by this office are unusuable without causing headachs and neck strain because the right lens is not correct. When return visit made, Dr. Wells blamed me for the defect, and the office begain to bill me for another visit. During the initial visit there were add on charges made for procedures during the exam and "damage insurance" for the unusable glasses without any disclosure that they were not covered by insurance. Upon cancellation of the "damage insurance" the remote out of state "business office" has refused to make a refund, and continues to claim I owe for the visit to return the glasses, despite the office staff in Randleman acknowledging that I am owed a refund and that I should not be billed for the return visit. This situation has remained unresolved for over six months! I have never had this type of problems with glasses before. Too bad my Optometrist retired and Denton Eye Clinic closed!!!
