Brooke at the front desk is super sweet, all the ladies in the optical dept. are so delightful, it's like checking in with a friend you don't see often whenever my kids or I have an appointment. I had been going to the same eye doctor/practice since 1993 and this change was the absolute best decision ever. My eyes are really not my friends. I have issues with both retinas and being extremely near sighted, so I have many eye appointments throughout the year. Not only did I feel very comfortable and cared about from the very moment I walked in the door, but my glasses were half the price I usually pay. 33 YEARS of over paying for glasses!!! A bonus was that I can also have my regular retina appointments done here as well without driving to Winston Salem every few months.

Nice people but I just went for an exam and was charged over $200 for a "contact fitting" even though my exam was covered by insurance. Ask what services you'll be given and make sure your insurance covers it first!
