Eastern Eye Care

I have mixed feelings about this place. It has been a roller-coaster of a ride. First, we scheduled an appointment months in advance, got there and was told they had no record of it. They seen us anyway. The staff is friendly. The doctor did great with the kids. We get glasses picked, they said they would call us when they were ready. I don't know if we were dealing new people or what was going on. At this point we hadn't even given a phone number or anything outside of insurance cards and address. Thankfully I realized this before leaving so they wrote our number down on the glasses rx. Fast forward to picking the glasses up and one of my children's glasses were the wrong color. It was the secondary color that was wrong. The style was correct so we didn't bother to try to have them switched. My son was disappointed though. Overall I think this place is probably good, I just haven't had the best experience so far which is why I gave 4 stars.

This is the second year we've gone to Eastern Eye Care and both times the service has been amazing. The staff is super friendly, there are toys in both waiting rooms for the kids to enjoy, the facility is clean, and the Doctor is awesome. 10/10 recommend

My daughter has been seeing Dr Logan Schertzinger for years and has been very happy. He has a reputation of being very clinically sound; well beyond routine eye exams. I had concerns about vision changes and decided to meet with Dr Logan. Like with all medical practices, my first impression started with his office staff. From the first phone call to my initial appointment, his staff was welcoming, courteous and informative. I saw that all patients there were treated with the same kindness and competence. I met with Dr Logan, sharing my vision concerns. He had already completely reviewed my prior records, including realizing there was information my prior Dr left out. He understood the medications that caused my concerns and other issues with my vision. After my very thorough exam, Dr Logan spoke with me! He actually had time to acknowledge and calm my concerns. I was amazed when he showed me how my prescription didn't change! There was no push to order new glasses! I was so impressed by that! As someone in need of an eye exam, I appreciated Dr Logan. As someone in the medical field, I appreciated the thoroughness of his exam, his knowledge of my record BEFORE meeting me and his plan moving forward. I would recommend Dr Logan and Eastern Eye Care to anyone new to vision changes or wearing glasses for years! This practice will not disappoint!

Overall great experience from start to finish for my daughter and I. It was her first time at the eye doctor & my first visit in probably 20+ years. The doctor was very good with my daughter but also very informative, he quickly had a diagnosis & prescribed us both glasses without hesitation. The girl helping us with our glasses choices was also sweet. Can't wait to return in the future for care.

Dr. Neal was doing my eye exam and examined without gloves on. Oddly enough, I came down with an eye infection that usually happen in dogs. I'd say she was handling the switches that her husband uses on their retrievers. Disgusting and won't go back.

It was great for my child and I love how easy it was to get an appointment.

Eastern Eye Care is exceptional. I use to go to another place for many years until my doctor retired. I decided to make the switch to Dr. Schertzinger and glad I did. Never looked back. Their kindness and generosity outweigh any negativity. Even after hours if needed, they are there 100% for their patients. 10/10 recommend.

I've been waiting over 2 months for my lens to be corrected I've had glasses for over 25 years and i know my vision can be corrected alot better, I've called and even drove ther just to be told I'll receive a call when my lens come into their office. I also was fitted for contacts that has been a nightmare. I finally just give up with this and I've made a appointment somewhere else. I will say the staff was very nice and even the doctor but my experience wasn't good as far as getting my prescription correct
