The southern pines staff is amazing! They were so nice to my kids and helped me the whole time as I did my appointment and ordered glasses! It was an amazing experience!

I have been a patient here for years, but my most recent visit was very unpleasant. The older woman at the front desk was rude and abrasive during both check-in and check-out and made it seem like she didn't want to be bothered. Unfortunately, the woman who assists with selecting glasses was also rude and passive-aggressive.
Because of this experience, I declined purchasing glasses here and chose to go elsewhere to ensure more pleasant and respectful service. I have also canceled all future appointments for my family, who previously received exams and glasses at this location.
It's disappointing after being a loyal patient for several years, but customer service matters.

The staff were very friendly and polite. They were able to get me in fairly quickly for an exam. I ended up not liking my glasses and I was able to exchange them within 30 day of purchase which I appreciated. The only problem I have is the lack of unique frames for people with smaller faces. I was unable to find any frames with any personality that suited me so I ended up purchasing frames at a local shop in Pinehurst.

I was originally scheduled for an eye appointment, but as the week went by my symptoms were getting worse. I called back hoping to be seen sooner, and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He was able to get me an appointment the very next day. During the visit, they discovered I had a hole in my retina and quickly referred me to a specialist.
Insurance can be a nightmare, but he walked me through the process, answered every call, and truly went out of his way to make sure everything was handled. His professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier. I'm extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend this office.

Very disappointing. We were charged over $300 for a pair of glasses for my son. They put the wrong lens on it. They didn't bother to check when we picked it up. We waited two weeks to get his glasses and then to find out they somehow put the wrong lenses on it. My son had wore it for over a week trusting that it's a good pair of glasses. We only went back because he couldn't see well. How can you put the wrong lenses on it??? Horrible quality.
