My visit was first class... Doctor and staff are experienced and caring, courteous, on time, and very competent at their jobs. The office is neat, contemporary and clean. My annual examination today was very efficient and a pleasant experience.

Great experience here! Everyone at this practice seemed totally dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience! Dr. Parnell & team provided a thorough eye exam & took time to answer my questions in a friendly & open manner. Pricing for the exam & contacts seemed reasonable & the coffee bar was a nice touch!

Oh, today was a hard day for me... I had an eye appointment at Perception Eye Care, scheduled for 8:45, and then at 3:40 I was scheduled to have some oral surgery, in manditory preparation for me to have heart surgery on Monday... 4 days away. Then, at 8:30, I get a text that my oral surgery was being moved to 12 noon. I started to panic...When I called to cancel my eye appointment, the staff quickly made changes to add me in for the late afternoon, and when I arrived, they greeted me with smiles, and genuinely offered words of concern and encouragement. so sweet , and welcoming, and as I was leaving, they even told me to call if I needed anything after my surgery! I couldn't ask for better eye care... Perceptions Eye Health and Welness has taken great care of me! You should check them out!

I recently dropped in to Perception Eye Care to make an appointment for a potentially serious problem with one of my eyes. I was seen in 20 minutes, had a through eye exam and after, Dr. Parnell explained what was going on with my eye. She was so reassuring that the problem was not serious and should resolve. Thank you and your staff for such excellent care.
