I've been going to Dr. Diane Walker for many years and my experience has always been EXCELLENT. Dr. Walker and her staff are extremely thorough and they explain everything very clearly. I've never had to wait for my appointment, but I've never felt rushed, either. Dr. Walker takes a lot of time with each patient, but she never runs late. The doctors and staff are friendly, the office is bright and appealing, and it feels like a place where people are happy to work. I feel so lucky to have such great doctors nearby. My daughter has also been a patient at Appalachian Eye, and she, too, has had only positive experiences.

Dr Marvin Walker has seen me the last 2 years. I had a problem with my new contacts which he was able to correct right away. My annual checkups are very thorough and he is very good at explaining all steps and what he finds. The technicians are very capable and caring. The staff is very helpful when it comes to ordering, appointments or billing. Can't say enough about this group. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have moved out of state, but still make the 1.5 hour drive to see them!
