Friendly Service!
I had a wonderful experience at this eye care clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the optometrist took the time to explain every step of the eye exam clearly. They answered all my questions patiently and made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and I never felt rushed. Everyone at the eye care center was very helpful from the front desk ladies, to the technician, and Dr. Butler. I have trouble at medical facilities where I feel like I am not listened to and my concerns aren't taken seriously, so I was apprehensive when making an appointment but I'm glad I did. I felt something was slightly off with my eyesight and turns out there was a small issue. Dr. Butler was very nice and attentive. I was issued a prescription that may help with the problems I'm having. The process from start to finish was easy and smooth and everyone was kind and seemed very happy to help. I'll definitely return for any future eye exams/care that I need. Thank you!

The exam itself was fine. I was given an estimate ahead of time and was told that my insurance covered the entire exam. To my surprise I received a giant bill. Neither my insurance nor exam changed from last time. I spent about an hour in the office at the time of the exam to make sure that everything was covered by my insurance and was told that everything was indeed covered. This place changed billing from last year and now I have to pay hundreds for a routine exam. I tried to call the billing services, but it was no use. The person could not explain anything from the bill. He told me to get a better insurance! So rude and completely unhelpful!
