Wild of them to tell me to Youtube a video on measuring my 8 year old's pupillary distance since they refused to give it to me on the day of her appt unless I ordered glasses through them. She didn't want any of the limited children's glasses from them. This is a hard milestone for her and she needs to feel good about wearing something on her face, so they need to be what she considers cute. The sales lady that day was super rude, to the point my daughter asked why the lady was mad at her when we left. The Dr was super nice though and everybody else we saw. They just don't want to give you your own med records for some weird sales reason. Guess I'm off to Youtube.. crazy.

After making an appointment for my daughter and waiting three months!! I was told I was at the wrong office. Upon arrival to the wrong office I was told I had 15 minutes to make it to the correct office across town. Not to mention this had to be a miscorrection on their part as I requested the Clyde office, not Hazelwood! I proceeded to get in the car and made it to hazelwood at 9:59 which is by the 15 minute window. The women working front desk was very rude and stuck up her nose saying I was told I had 15 minutes to get there I proceeded to inform her I was within the 15 minutes and they still refused to see us and said we would have to reschedule the appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will be taking her elsewhere as I do not like the attitude or wild goose chase I've been lead on today. If it was going to be an issue of you just didn't want to see my daughter you should have said that in the Clyde office instead of making me rush across town! Not to mention there is not a soul sitting in the waiting area. Looks like your really busy. I really wouldn't recommend this place and the wild goose chase you'll have here just.

Kudos to crystal in the optical department at mountain eye .. excellent service and great attitude. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Mountain Eye and I must say, it was a pleasant experience! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the doctor was knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. The waiting area was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist.

Had a potentially serious problem. They got me in same day. Dr. Geraci was great & the office staff was very friendly. Used to go to Haywood Family Eye Care, not any more!

Dr. Causby never fails to make you feel well cared for and comfortable. She is always so very pleasant, compassionate and extremely meticulous. The entire staff is very pleasant, and Beth proves her caring attitude as well as she goes out of her way to work on your behalf when it comes to scheduling and coordinating to meet your needs. They are the BEST!

I love the new office, The staff is awesome. Always friendly and helpful. Dr Geraci is wonderful. And Ian amazing at fixing glasses that are out of shape LOL. Plus finding that perfect spot in my transitional lens...I am so happy with Mountain Eye . All of my experiences here have been wonderful! Highly recommend this office!!!

I've been a patient of Mountain Eye Assoc. for over 20 years, and have never had a bad experience with any staff member or Dr. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable!
