Dr. Heil has been my eye doctor for years, and she is the absolute best. My dog scratched my eye over the holiday and she fixed me right up and answered all of my questions. She goes out of her way to take the best care of her patients! The front ladies are also always so friendly and helpful as well.

Very clean environment here. Nice location with parking only steps from the door, wheelchair accessible. Kind friendly and gentle professionals work here. You do not need to wait for service they are attentive and timely. Best in Bismarck in my experience.

I have been going to this clinic for contacts for about two years now but unfortunately due to the previous visit, I will no longer be going back. I was fitted for contacts after an eye exam but was given the wrong prescription, the wrong brand and the contacts I was given were expired!! When I called them back the receptionist basically ARGUED me about the contacts and I had to email them the picture of the contacts I was given and she even went as far as telling me that was not the doctors writing (it was the letters L & R.) I then had to wait over SEVEN weeks for a new trail pair to come in and they left me being the one to call and check up on them on the weekly basis. I felt like I was bagging for the contact fitting that I had previously paid for two months prior.

We absolutely love Dr Heil and her staff. My daughter was a first time contact wearer and they took ample time to make sure she was comfortable with them. Dr Heil always remembers who we are and is always so welcoming. The glasses selection is great.

I had avoided getting my eyes checked for roughly 15 years and finally prioritized it. After asking family and friends for recommendations, it seemed like Family Vision Clinic was the perfect place. Dr Clairmont was efficient yet thorough, personable, and made the process easy from start to finish. I couldn't recommend them enough!

So thankful for this clinic. I had a medical emergency on a Saturday and needed to be seen. We called and they got us right in. Dr. Clairmont ia a very nice individual and it clear he is very caring. Anyone needing a good eye Dr. would be well served here!!!

As long as Family Vision Clinic is open, they're the only optometrist office I'll go to. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and personable. They're always patient, no matter if it's helping adjust to contacts, finding glasses, or during the eye exam. I highly recommend them.

Just wanted to share my experience with the staff and Dr. Heil last evening as being a first time patient. First off the staff was super great and professional. They made sure prior to my eye appt that they received my medical records from my previous eye doctor. That impressed me greatly since I do have unique medical history that could impact my eyes later in life. The place layout was very professional and it gave a vibe of a small office atmosphere which I liked so much, in due time I could totally seen them seeing me as a whole person and not just a number filling their quota of patient load for the day. Dr. Heil took extra time with me during my exam since my eyes were very tired doing hours of computer work at a desk job all day for 8 hours. She thought outside the box to tweet my overall fitting for my contacts. So also wanted me to try out a trial pair just to make sure the prescription and fitting was perfect since I am very nearsided and seeing distances is a challenge along with now seeing close up objects since I am at that middle age of needing bifocals now. I love Dr. Heil's bedside matter and her making me feel so comfortable and patient with me when my tired eyes wasn't cooperating during the exam and reassured me constantly that I was not at fault of at times my tired eyes had other plans than focusing on distant objects. I look forward in working with Dr. Heil and her pleasant and professional staff in the future. It was a great first impression for me. 5 Stars!
