Been waiting sinceMay18, 2022.... Glasses came in with incorrect lens, sent them back.....multiple excuses/reasons why they aren't in.... Finally was told that the order was never received....still waiting ..... Dr Marty is very good and has been our optometrist for about 15 years, but we are just done and will be taking our business elsewhere. Also left 2 messages with the district manager and have received no call back at all. This has been a terrible experience that I will not repeat.

Not impressed, receptionist took one look at my medical card and told me that my insurance pays nothing up front and that I would have to pay for my appointment and contacts up front. Didnt bother to look it up, or call my provider (which I had already done before scheduling an appointment). Only reason I went ahead with the appointment is because I was out of contacts, which btw they dont even give TRIAL pairs until you've had an exam. Aldo the only reason I dont give a 1 star rating is the optometrist was actually very professional and charismatic. Good doctor, with a poor, lazy staff.
