Dr Burdick is awesome! He takes his time with each patient, and is great with people of all ages. My kids grew up seeing him and now I take my 80 year old mother-in-law there. Front desk staff has changed over the years and that's never been an issue for me, so I am surprised there are negative reviews. The main person is the doctor and you can't do better than Dr. Burdick!

Needs a lot of work on customer service still. People in the front area gave out wrong info on my daughters appt and glasses on when they would be in. And when u ask them a question,they give u smart remarks ,not very friendly. Thought it would be better the next time but nothing changed.

When I walked in I didn't feel the friendly atmosphere I was helped by a lady that was kind to me and my son but the receptionist just seemed like she was having a bad day and just needed somebody to take it out on or is it because I had Medicaid because my son is on disability either way I will never go back to 20/20 Eyecare I got the feeling I should wear a proper attire or maybe dress and do my hair fancy before I walked in that place
